STATES MUST ACT WHEN GOVERNMENT FAILS

Don't Wait for Washington - Secure the Border Now!

Fellow Patriot,
Meaningless deportations continue as Campaigner-in-Chief Barack Obama pushes his “backdoor” amnesty re-election agenda – but we’re not waiting another second to start securing the U.S.-Mexico border, and neither should you.

So, what do we mean by “meaningless”?

Illegal immigrants not granted asylum by Obama’s June 2011 memo to Immigration and Customs Enforcement just sneak right back across the wide-open border to continue sucking our country’s resources dry when detained and deported.

Don’t believe us?  The following six illegal immigrants have been deported 50 times between them:

-May 2011…Ricardo Elvin Martinez, 47, was sentenced to seven and a half years in federal prison after pleading guilty to re-entering the U.S. Martinez had already been deported five times with his last removal in August 2009. Over several years, he had been convicted of 24 criminal charges, including robbery, larceny and cocaine distribution – yet every time he was deported, he simply turned around and illegally re-entered our country within a matter of days.

-May 2011…Victor Quroz-Salate was arrested after fondling a 9-year-old girl despite being deported back to Mexico in 2009.  Quroz-Salate made his way back to Tennessee less than one year after being deported following charges of domestic assault, criminal impersonation, and driving without a license. He was quoted as saying he liked being in the U.S. “because he gets stuff for free here.”

-August 2010…Mexican national Victor Manuel Gonzalez Martinez, 28, was indicted for criminally violating federal immigration law and faces deportation after his prison sentence – if he actually receives one.  Of course, Martinez knows how the systems work and how meaningless being deported truly is – he was deported eight times within a two-year span of time.  During one six-day period in May 2004, he was deported three times.

-May 2010…Mexican national Jose Lopez Madrigal, 46, was caught raping a woman after he had forced her behind a grocery store. Madrigal has a total of 35 different aliases so police had to rely on fingerprint records to identify him.  His first criminal arrest in our country dates back to 1989 when he was convicted of theft with a firearm. Other crimes include drug distribution and sexual assault. Madrigal had been deported nine times.

-February 2010…Illegal immigrant Uziel Jesus Lopez-Jiminez was sentenced to probation after his 10th illegal crossing into the United States. His most recent arrest and deportation resulted from a DUI conviction; Lopez-Jiminez has committed at least nine felonies in our country.

-January 2011… During one of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s immigration sweeps, 56 illegal immigrants were arrested including one who had been deported 17 times!
And these are only six individuals out of nearly 12 million illegal immigrants – who knows how many more have been arrested and deported repeatedly only to sneak back across our border every time.

In light of Washington’s inability and unwillingness to act, Arizona lawmakers have taken it upon themselves to secure the U.S.-Mexico border and so are we.
Earlier this week Arizona launched its website to raise donations from around the country in order to build the border fence to protect American citizens and keep illegal immigrants from simply tip-toeing across the desert and into our country.

The plan set forth relies upon online donations from patriots like you and prison labor. If they get enough money, all that’s left to obtain is cooperation from landowners where the fence would go.

With your help, construction in every border state could begin as soon as THIS YEAR.

It’s up to you and I to support Arizona’s rise to action against illegal immigration. We can’t count on Washington to secure our border – definitely not with Obama at the helm.

But we can count on Arizona to secure our border, beginning THIS YEAR.

Don’t waste your time waiting for Washington. We aren’t.
