Regarding the budget deal just made, Robert states, " Their 54 billion $ deal, although a substantial amount to the common man, is trifling when compared to our trillon dollar debt. Our govt representatives have forgotten thier fear of the November election results and are back to the same old BS games... Their greed and petty bickering will surely destroy us; it's just a matter of when." Angie responds to Martha: "Martha-unfortunately nothing in this current set up is going to go fast toward putting this country back on the right path because you have too many liberals and left wings in the pockets of super lobbyists and activists. They are too scared to make them mad. Look what happened in Wisconsin, we have to be the louder voice and then all government officials will start listening to us instead of them. I saw a program the other day that showed the decline of unions and lobbyists political power, thank God! And Stephen wrote, “I don't trust Boehner or the leadership of the GOP. Budget deal was a disgrace!”
