Jerry in L.A. WRITES: - A few weeks ago I was driving north on the 404 freeway in West Los Angeles when suddenly there was a caravan of about 6 large black busses being escorted by two police motorcycles going south. The buses had temporary signs stuck on they that read “Tour Bus.” Well obviously they weren’t conducting a tour on the way to their destination somewhere south of Los Angeles I would assume. So who do you suppose were in those buses. I’m sure you can guess that one and that none of them spoke English.
NOTE: THIS IS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF HOW THE WASHINGTON BUREAUCRACY WORKS!
