Trump to Freeze Obama's Auto Mileage Rules
The Trump administration, taking aim at one of former President Barack Obama’s signature environmental achievements, is proposing to freeze vehicle fuel economy requirements at the 2020 level and unwind California’s authority to limit tailpipe emissions in the state. The Environmental Protection Agency and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration jointly proposed on Thursday to cap fuel economy requirements at a fleet average of 37 miles per gallon starting in 2020. Under the Obama plan, the fleetwide fuel economy would have risen gradually to roughly 47 mpg by 2025. What so many fail to recognize is that the GOP is riddled with covert agents from the Socialist agenda, with the assistance of the MSM, the failure of the public education system to teach the Constitution and to teach civics to kids beginning in the 7th grade. And this insanity of running under a PARTY label as being the reason to vote for one candidate over another, we now have a majority of voters who only look at what they have been indoctrinated with - VOTE (GOP or DEM) - little if any mention of the RECORD of the candidate or WHY one should vote for the candidate other than party label. The only difference I have been able to find between the Republicans (RINO'S) and the Democrats is how they spell their party name. Too many voters are too lazy to do anything other than look at the Party name when they vote.... ignorant of the 'herding' that is done by both sides.
