The developments come in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit that seeks records about the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, the former Deputy Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)). The lawsuit was reopened last month because of revelations about Hillary Clinton's email records.

This week, our co-founder Jenny Beth Martin responded to a bipartisan Senate report that concludes senior leaders at the IRS are "prone to abuse." Martin responded by saying: "The Senate Finance Committee Report confirms what Tea Party Patriots already knew: The targeting did indeed happen, IRS employees obstructed justice, and the White House and Justice Department refuse to cooperate with this investigation or hold anyone accountable." GRASSFIRE POLL RESULTS 08/07/2015

  Conservatives,

In what may be the first polling data AFTER yesterday's GOP Presidential Debate, CARLY FIORINA appears to be the big winner among conservatives.

We just released the results of Grassfire's pre- and post- debate presidential poll and Fiorina made the biggest jump, moving from 1.5% support prior to the debate to fourth place and 8.3% support after the debate. That means Fiorina more than QUADRUPLED her support as a result of the debate.

This is a stunning move for Fiorina, who also registered in the top for "second choice" and is now among the leaders in the acceptable/unacceptable categories.
