Bill Gives The IRS Power To: Authorize The Removal Of The Right To Own A Firearm - Video

The collection agency for the Federal Reserve known as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is working with legislators to gain control over the rights of Americans.
Without the right to due process, the
IRS can simply claim a citizen owes $50,000 dollars or more to their illegal operation.
This accusation alone will give their agency the right to revoke American’s travel rights and even remove the right to own a firearm.
With the help of Representatives like Barbara Boxer of California, a bill rapidly working through Capitol Hill (passed through the Senate and is currently up for review in the House) will give the IRS power to:

Today, April 19th, is the 237th anniversary of Patriots' Day, marking the opening salvo of the American Revolution and the beginning of the greatest experiment in human Liberty.
A quick search of the Obama White House website reveals not a single reference to this most notable date in the history of our Republic -- not that I expected to find any acknowledgment of such. I am certain that the current statist regime occupying the Executive Branch would not want to promote this formative event distinguished by a call to arms to turn back a growing tide of tyranny.
Try though Barack Hussein Obama might to ignore it that is precisely what occurred on this day in 1775, when a small band of citizen Patriots challenged the authority of the most powerful government in the history of man. Take a moment to revisit the events of that day, and share with contemporary citizens who may never have had an introductory lesson in civics, the story of how a small group of American Patriots irrevocably altered the course of history toward a new bearing of Liberty.

COURTS REBUKE NLRB! OBAMA IS ANGRY...SOOOOO (LOL)

Over the last week, two federal courts have issued strong rebukes against the Obama Labor Board's crusade to strong-arm virtually every workplace and worker in America into unions' forced-dues ranks.

You see, last year, the Obama National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) -- far exceeding its authority -- announced a new policy to force its way into private-sector workplaces nationwide.

The NLRB's rule requires private-sector employers to post biased notices about the National Labor Relations Act that effectively serve as a biased roadmap to forced unionization.

Republicans Are Going SoftIn 2010, conservatives sent a strong, clear message to President Obama’s Administration, liberals in Congress and the rest of the country: we will not let our country fail. Unfortunately, the tenacity once shown by these defenders of freedom is beginning to fade, some didn’t vote for House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan’s (R-WI) budget (a few because they feel it didn’t go far enough towards solving our fiscal problems) and some are debating a return to earmarking. Those that opposed the Ryan budget this year for fear of liberal attack need to be reminded of the alternative: Obama’s budget, or the Democrats’ budget. Both of which would continue to rapidly increase government spending and would massively hike taxes to pay for it.!Read More

The bad-hair week, according to Chuck Todd, included the “tax-fairness issue” over the weekend, the stock market loss on Monday, the rallying round Romney after the Santorum exit, the Rosen flap, and then a local reporter asking the president about jet-set vacations while the America people suffer. The president blamed the “Secret Service and Air Force One” for that. The malfeasance of federal employees and the cost of fuel compel the president to travel. LIBERAL PELOSI HAS NO IDEA AS TO WHAT THE CONSTITUTION MEANS AT ALL!

Nancy Pelosi’s ConstitutionHouse Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi — the speaker of the House when Obamacare was passed — has an op-ed in the Chicago Tribune highlighting her constitutional confusion. Thinking she has spotted Republican inconsistency, she raps jurisdiction stripping (or “court stripping,” as she calls it) while also hinting the Supreme Court shouldn’t overturn the federal health care law. Nowhere in her column does Pelosi actually grapple with two issues: the fact that Article III, giving Congress the power to regulate the jurisdiction of federal courts, is actually in the Constitution; she does not identify the constitutionally enumerated power that gives federal government the authority mandate the purchase of health insurance or otherwise implement Obamacare.
