Thousands of Americans are about to lose the part time, temporary Christmas jobs they picked up just to make ends meet. Our unemployment rosters are bursting at the seams. Out on the endless campaign trail, Barack Obama keeps making a big noise about his "jobs" plan, a pig-in-a-poke proposal full of crony pay back yet few if any actual jobs. But Obama REFUSES to do the one thing that could instantly revive the economies of multiple states and make the cost of gas, plastics and petroleum-based products cheaper for all Americans.

We are waiting with bated breath to see what this report reveals. Based on the Sheriff's public statements, it will be important whatever they find!!! Hopefully, that will be out in late February.

Franklin Raines - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fannie Mae.
Raines was forced to retire from his position with Fannie Mae when auditing discovered severe irregularities in Fannie Mae's accounting activities. Raines left with a "golden parachute valued at $240 Million in benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the accounting scandal became clear.

TMLC Files Brief Supporting Constitutionality of Alabama’s Tough Law on Illegal Immigration

ANN ARBOR, MI – Continuing its support of states that enact tough illegal immigration laws, the Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, filed a brief supporting Alabama’s recently enacted law.

The Law Center’s brief was filed on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in the case of United States v. Alabama, a case brought against the state of Alabama by the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) to stop it from enforcing laws against illegal immigrants found in that state. The Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments this March. [read brief here]

The Stop Online Privacy Act would gag conservative voices and block the republicans from running a large amount of election ads.

Thankfully, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) has introduced a bill to stop this violation of free speech dead in its tracks. The Online Protection & Enforcement of Digital Trade Act would prevent the dems from blocking conservative ads and websites that they claim are in violation of the "Fair Use Doctrine."

The Obama administration told U.S. owned Hawker Beechcraft earlier this week they are being excluded from bidding on the US Air Force contract for a light attack aircraft. That leaves Brazilian owned Embraer as the likely recipient of the lucrative deal. I found this one hard to believe so I did a little research. It was tough because this was completely ignored by the main stream media. The information is out there on several conservative sites. Please see the two articles linked below.

It is amazing to me that people cannot see that politics is a rigged game. All you have to do is watch the media-circus in Iowa with its constantly changing “front-runners” to understand the degree to which the media controls our elections. Polls are not news, but they create the news. Knowing the “herd mentality” of most folks, the media, like good sheep-dogs, do their best to drive the flock in the direction they want them to go. Everyone loves a winner and the polls tell us who the winner will be........
