LIBERALS GAINED SCOTUS BLESSINGS AS THEY DESTROYED U.S. CONSTITUTION
You and your fellow Americans have too many rights, so the U.S. Supreme Court didn't think that you would mind losing your Fourth Amendment protections!
The Supreme Court's ruling in Kentucky v. King gives law enforcement officials the authority to enter your home without obtaining a search warrant, in expanded circumstances!
You might think that this is OK now, because you believe that you are a law-abiding citizen; but this ruling does not protect you, because this ruling allows the police to invade your home to conduct a search and seizure based purely on suspicion. --- Our rights are being usurped right before our eyes, and we MUST circumvent the SCOTUS decision by DEMANDING that Congress pass a law to secure our Fourth Amendment rights.
