Guess who? 28 year old Ivan Robles Navejas, a Mexican national living illegally in the U.S. arrested. An Obama-Biden protected Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) "Dreamer", this creep had multiple DUI arrests but was allowed again and again to stay in our country!
How many American Dreams has Ivan Robles Navejas and Obama-Biden DACA destroyed?

Nice try by a group of illegal alien pandering organizations, but a federal judge ruled that illegal alien families in ICE custody do not have to be freed to prevent them from getting the Wuhan virus. Instead they can wear masks and practice social distancing just like the rest of us. Also stops these border jumpers from disappearing into our country once let loose.
Maybe these pandering organizations (Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service and others) can now spend their time helping American families impacted by Wuhan? Just a silly thought.

Re Op-Ed: Venezuelan national and Columbia University PhD student Daniel Di Martino, "International students breathe a sigh of relief, but remain watchful", Wash Times, July 17, 2020
Hard to argue with Mr. Di Martino's opening argument that forcing international students to self-deport for a semester if only taking online classes was not a practical federal rule change. With the ongoing Wuhan coronavirus situation, combined with limited Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) manpower and resources, this strategy was destined to fail. ICE did the right thing in declining to implement this rule change.
Unfortunately Di Martino's logical thinking soon evaporated when he condemned the Trump Administration for tightening up immigration requirements (all lawful mind you) that "....are wreaking havoc on the U.S. economy and betraying the American long-standing principle of welcoming freedom-seeking immigrants". Clearly Di Martino is in luck because this anti-socialism views are in vogue along with his "timely escape" from his native Venezuela and the economic/social collapse forced upon that country by Dictator Nicolas Maduro.
But Di Martino conveniently forgets that the U.S. allows about one million legal immigrants in per year despite the alleged transgressions of the Trump Administration. Moreover, he neglects that student, visitor and work visa overstays are the second largest pool of illegal immigrants in the U.S., topped only by unlawful alien surges across our southern border with Mexico.
Di Martino's argument for allowing highly educated immigrants to stay in the U.S. would have been more effective in early 2020 when the U.S. unemployment rate was about 3.5%, not the current 11% in our coronavirus impacted economy. President Trump campaigned on an America First platform and that includes education and jobs. There are plenty of highly educated and unemployed American citizens who desperately need jobs to support their families and homes.
Lastly, Di Martino makes a passionate plea that the tuition charged to international students helps finance scholarship opportunities for low income Americans. Yet Di Martino himself brags that he is in America on a "free-ride" from Indiana University ($2.5B endowment), Perdue University ($2.6B) and now Columbia University ($10.9B) for his PhD. University scholarships that could have easily been awarded to deserving American students.
At the end of the day it is up to the American People to decide how many immigrants, including students, should be granted the privilege of entering and joining our country, not our student visa holding guests.

"Maryland joins a long list of pro-illegal alien states/cities to fight Trump Executive Order on Census"
Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh again uses Maryland taxpayer funds to join an unnecessary lawsuit against the Trump Administration. Frosh and others believe it is OK to allow illegal aliens to skew the Census count, thus allowing lawless states (like Maryland) and jurisdictions to gain congressional seats and resources from Congress.
"
The Trump administration's attempt to exclude undocumented immigrants from the Census is blatantly unconstitutional, and is clearly motivated by animus toward our immigrant communities," AG Frosh said in a statement.
Sure, whatever you say Brian!
No word from Governor Hogan on this needless lawsuit as he is busy hawking his new book at roadside fruit stands and street corners in preparation for his 2024 White House run.

MoCo enacts unnecessay Police use-of-force bill
Just what the doctor didn't order. Pushed by the quite diverse members of the Montgomery County Council (Navarro, Jawando, Rice, Albornoz), the council passed a bill which would further tie the hands of the Police when investigating crimes and when using force.
Police currently use "reasonable articulable suspicion" when detaining a suspect. The new bill requires "probable cause". That means the diverse group of Navarro, Jawando, Rice and Albornoz think its OK to let suspects walk away, even if the suspect matches a credible description provided to police.
In addition, the bill requires the Police Officer to run the gamut of possible use of force circumstances during split second decisions to subdue a suspect. Bottom line, cops are going to get hurt as the think of what will be tolerated so they won't be carted to court and possibly jail for their actions.
These are same diverse jokers who pushed the Montgomery County Sanctuary policy so illegal alien rapists and criminals can live free and frolic among us. And you all know how that is working. County run rape counseling sessions are not lacking clients.
This is what the Montgomery County Police think of the new bill.

National Museum of African American History and Culture
This is by far the most outrageous, racist, anti-White piece of garbage I have seen in quite some time. And amazingly it was posted on the museum website by the Smithsonian Museum of African American History and Culture staff and leadership.
We the American taxpayer pay for the privilege of having our Society and Culture berated by some lowlifes at the Smithsonian. Funny how the chicken shits at the Smithsonian got a bit nervous when White folk actually started reading the website, so they removed a key racist table highlighting "Assumptions of White Culture" from their shoddy presentation.
Great work by the Media Research Center to capture the table so you can see the racist nonsense that seemingly abounds at the Smithsonian.
Think about the Master Table (can I still say that) presented on the aspects and assumptions of "White Culture". Actually not a bad summation of our society's positive norms. Norms successfully implemented in America by nearly every race and ethnic group since 1776!
I shudder to think what are the "Alternatives" to the list if these don't cut it for Black Americans. The Smithsonian and others never really say what they actually practice, accept or even recommend.
What are the alternatives White to "Written Tradition"? "Self-Reliance"? "Nuclear Family" "Respect Authority"? "Plan for the Future"? "Hard Work is the Key to Success"? "Cause and Effect Relationships"? "Be Polite"? The authors also seem to have a problem with my "Judeo-Christian values and traditions". Again would worshiping bundles of sticks and mud for example be a viable replacement for the Smithsonian?
How about the derogatory mention of "The King's English" rules? Yikes. Legal immigrants of all colors, ethnicity, shapes and sizes are trying to learn English to succeed and become part of the American Dream. But not Black Americans?

Not one mention, of course, by the Smithsonian of Black Society self reflection and responsibility for any actions (or inaction) that they take! Its everyone else's fault (mostly White Privilege I assume) that Black Americans are near the bottom of any education or economic rankings in America.
My goodness, with garbage like this given the light of day by the supposedly educated Smithsonian staff and leadership, it would not surprise me that illegal aliens in America are doing better than Blacks in America.
Time to hit the reset button for the leadership and staff at the Smithsonian Institution.
