Judicial Watch filed a brief in the U.S. Supreme Court in support of Ohio’s efforts to ensure that its voter rolls are up to date. Judicial Watch contends that Ohio should be permitted to continue its process of “sending of a statutory confirmation notice to any registrant that has not had any voting-related activity for two years.” |

U.S. Spends $10 Mil to Give Foreigners Seeking Citizenship Free English, History, Civics Classes |

The U.S. government is spending $10 million to help foreigners seeking American citizenship by offering them free English, history and civics courses as well as naturalization legal services. The grant came in a final push before the presidential election to prepare approximately 25,000 residents from more than 50 countries. More than a dozen states—including Ohio—with large resident immigrant populations were targeted. |
