Hi All,

Despite being stalled for five straight floor sessions this month, could SB 866, eliminating parental consent and informed consent for teenage injections, still pass this Thursday?

Yes, for three reasons:

1. If the author, the Democrat bosses, and Big Pharma's California Medical Association ratchet things up and "twist the arms" of a handful of Democrat members.

2. If the steady stream of pro-family opposition phone calls lets up and wavering Democrat members become more afraid of the bill's supporters than of parents and grandparents.

3. If the 19 Assembly Republicans aren't hearing "stand and speak against SB 866 on the floor" (so they remain mute instead of using their God-given voices to make numerous deciding-vote Democrats fear being labeled "anti-parent" in this fall's election).

California parents and grandparents have control over #2 and #3. So please, today, tonight, and Wednesday, urge and ask your friends to urge the deciding votes to "oppose SB 866" and to demand the Republicans "stand and speak against SB 866 on the floor."

SB 866 can come up for a vote the next Assembly floor session on Thursday, June 23 at 9 a.m. SB 866 is File Item 19 under "Senate Bills 3rd Reading."
