I was sitting here thinking about the threats to some in SCOTUS and that this *leak* has never happened in the past. Then a thought hit my head - this LEAK happened AFTER KBJ was approved to sit on the bench. My question then was is she already present in the SCOTUS working area??? Would she have access to the Draft already?? Has she already set up her staff? Could one of them be the LEAKER? Lots of questions for this totally non-qualified LEFTY as I mentally walk the Halls of CLOWNGRESS.

Ketanji Brown Jackson Refuses to Condemn Abortion Activists Protesting at Justices’ Homes

Soon-to-be U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson refused to comment Monday on the illegal protests that abortion activists are holding outside the justices’ homes after a leaked draft ruling shows the court overturning Roe v. Wade.
The Daily Mail reports Brown Jackson, who will replace retiring Justice Steven Breyer later this year, said she was “shocked” by the leak but refused to say anything more about the potential ruling or the protests.
“Everybody who is familiar with the court and the way in which it works was shocked by that. Such a departure from normal order,” she told the Washington Post in an interview Monday.
When asked about the illegal protests outside the homes of the conservative justices, she refused to comment.
“I don’t have any comment,” Brown Jackson told the newspaper.
Brown Jackson has a record of working with pro-abortion groups, and abortion activists supported her nomination. Like Breyer, she is expected to rule in favor of abortion on the bench.

Federal law (18 U.S. Code § 1507) prohibits attempts to influence or intimidate judges, including by protesting outside their homes, but pro-abortion protesters have done so anyway and pro-abortion groups are planning more in the coming days.
Some Democrat leaders have condoned the illegal activity.
“So long as they are peaceful, that’s OK with me,” Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer told reporters last week.
Similarly, President Joe Biden’s spokeswoman Jen Psaki said the White House “encourages” the protests outside of the judges’ homes as long as they are peaceful.
However, Justice Alito, the author of the draft opinion, and his family were moved from their home to a secure location due to the threats of violence.
Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice agreed to provide extra security to the justices and their families as pro-abortion protests and threats of violence grow, Bloomberg News reported.
Since the draft ruling was leaked, pro-life advocates also have been the targets of arson, vandalism, assaults and threats all across the country.
Abortion activists are trying to intimidate the Supreme Court justices to change their minds and uphold Roe after the leaked draft opinion showed the majority voting to overturn the infamous 1973 ruling. The draft is not final, judges can change their minds, and it is not clear when the high court will issue its final ruling on the abortion case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health, but many believe the court will overturn Roe and allow states to protect unborn babies again.
Polls consistently show that most Americans support stronger legal protections for unborn babies than what Roe allows. LifeNews highlighted 11 recent polls here. A new Rasmussen poll shows more Americans want Roe v. Wade overturned (48 percent) than want the ruling to remain in place (45 percent).
Since 1973, more than 63 million unborn babies and hundreds of mothers have died in supposedly “safe, legal” abortions.
