Also, doing things that bring you more happiness is good for you too.
Do things that make you laugh and feel good today. With the world in such a chaotic state, you have to take responsibility for your mood and do things to make you feel good.
Whenever I do this, I often get ideas and solutions when I am laughing or doing things that bring me joy.
