ICYMI - Update On Cyber Symposium: Dr. Frank Explains Why PCAPS Were Not Released
“We discovered late Wednesday evening that there were warrants issued, ready to be exercised on the following day.” – Dr. Douglas Frank
This is a first-hand account consisting of several posts to the social media platform Telegram by Symposium participant Dr. Douglas Frank that explains of why certain data known as PCAPS, or packet captures, was not released during Mike Lindell's Cyber Symposium.
In short, malware of a classified nature was apparently inserted into the data by a bad actor working in concert with FBI agents, which had already obtained warrants that were to be executed upon the release of the data. The plot was discovered and the data was not released.
This is presented in Dr. Frank's own words so you can read about it straight from the source.
