Arizona State Representative Leo Biasiucci joined me for an insightful conversation. Rep. Biasiucci is the Majority Whip for the Arizona House of Representatives which is the third-leading position within any legislative body. The conversation begins with the announcement of a landmark piece of legislation addressing child sexual abuse and offenders, which legislation has now received national attention and is under consideration by legislators in multiple states. Quickly our conversation turned toward the breakdown of respect for law and order – even among elected officials. This is Part I of a two-part conversation with this up and coming State Representative. I truly believe you will be delighted watching both segments.
