Tip of the day: Pause and reflect. So many things seem to be going on and things are happening faster and faster. To help manage all these changes, stay grounded and centered and also focused on your mission, it’s good to take some time each day to pause and reflect. Take a few deep breaths and just relax for a moment. Very often, when I do this, I get clarity on my next steps and things just begin to make sense. With a hectic and chaotic mindset, we can’t think clearly and we’re harming our health more than we realize. Choose to pause and reflect today to gain more clarity on your steps moving forward. |
