Posted: 10 Jan 2021 01:32 PM PST The Insurrection ActWell Patriots – I believe the day we have all been waiting for is now in play. It is Sunday, January 10, 2021 and one of my very reliable sources has told me he was inbound to Camp Pendleton due to the Insurrection Act being signed. While this information was coming in, I watched Washington Dulles airport go into lockdown. Nothing in – nothing out. This typically would indicate that POTUS was on the move. I also watched two aircraft exfil the area at the same time – not showing as AF1 – but something else. Which, btw – is not only very likely they would not broadcast his movement – but would also show as something entirely different. We witnessed GW Bush do the same thing when he went to Bagdad during the war, his AF1 747 was actually squawking as a Gulfstream aircraft. So what is the Insurrection Act? The Insurrection Act of 1807 is a United States federal law that empowers the President of the United States to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops within the United States in particular circumstances, such as to suppress civil disorder, insurrection, or rebellion. The act provides a “statutory exception” to the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, which limits the use of military personnel under federal command for law enforcement purposes within the United States. Yes, folks, that means the military can and will start arresting people. Before invoking the powers under the Act, 10 U.S.C. § 254 requires the President to first publish a proclamation ordering the insurgents to disperse. Remember this video shot in the rose garden and what POTUS said? Telling everyone to go home? Condemning what people were doing at the Capitol? I am not going to lie, when I saw it I was a little angry at POTUS because I felt like he had just sold us out. HE was the guy who called everyone there, and now he was condemning us!? It made no sense. NOW IT DOES! There are Constitutional exceptions to Posse Comitatus restrictions rooted in the President’s own constitutional authority. Defense Department guidelines describe “homeland defense” as a “constitutional exception” to Posse Comitatus restriction, meaning that measures necessary to guarantee National Security from external threats are not subject to the same limitations. Now, the flight in question. MC4521 exfilled the Capitol right when all of this lockdown occurred. Interesting data point – it appears that the flight departed out of Oceana NAS. This is probably because if POTUS were to boogy out of DC, EVERYONE would see the movement and know something was happening. So, go to an alternate and secure exfil location.  |

Gen. David Wood, joint staff director of the Pennsylvania National Guard, said at a virtual roundtable with defense reporters. Wood joined Army Maj. Gen. Timothy E. Gowen, adjutant general of the Maryland National Guard, and Army Col. Lisa Hou, interim adjutant of the New Jersey National Guard, at a virtual roundtable with defense reporters to describe the issues involved with their emergency deployments to Washington. All three officers said they already had been planning to send units to the Jan. 20 inauguration of President-Elect Joe Biden, but had had to scramble Wednesday, following the pro-Trump mob assault on the Capitol, to resolve problems with the various jurisdictions and command authorities involved. Because Washington is a federal district and not a state, District Mayor Muriel Bowser does not have authority to call out D.C.’s National Guard on her own as state governors can, but must first request activation from McCarthy.  |

The remedy for this is going to software updates, and turning off automatic updates on your phone. All signs lead to this EBS and internet shutdown coming soon! Breaking — Amazon to shut down all Parler servers tomorrow night… Posted: 09 Jan 2021 07:43 PM PST  Sunday (tomorrow) at midnight Amazon will be shutting off all of our servers in an attempt to completely remove free speech off the internet. There is the possibility Parler will be unavailable on the internet for up to a week as we rebuild from scratch. We prepared for events like this by never relying on amazons proprietary infrastructure and building bare metal products. We will try our best to move to a new provider right now as we have many competing for our business, however Amazon, Google and Apple purposefully did this as a coordinated effort knowing our options would be limited and knowing this would inflict the most damage right as President Trump was banned from the tech companies. This was a coordinated attack by the tech giants to kill competition in the market place. We were too successful too fast. You can expect the war on competition and free speech to continue, but don’t count us out. They’re not done. My guess, within the next two weeks ICANN will delete the web url’s of all conservative sites, thus making them unreachable, even if they were to switch servers. If you do not have a complete backup of your site now, and a plan to move your site to the dark web accessible with the TOR browser and hosted on your own machine through a VPN, you will not be online much longer. Learn how to install TOR, install server software on your computer, install an instance of wordpress on your computer, and mirror your site on the dark web. Be sure to publish the .onion address for your site at the top of your website for everyone to copy and save. Time is of the essence. Amazon employees call for company to cut ties with Parler after deadly U.S. Capitol riot Posted: 09 Jan 2021 03:42 PM PST  A group of Amazon corporate employees is calling on the company to stop providing cloud services to Parler, a social media app popular with Trump supporters. In a tweet on Saturday, employee advocacy group Amazon Employees for Climate Justice said Amazon Web Services should “deny Parler services until it removes posts inciting violence, including at the Presidential inauguration.” AWS provides cloud services to Parler that host its website. Representatives from Amazon and Parler didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. Pressure has been mounting for Amazon to stop hosting Parler on AWS after other tech giants took action against the social media app in the wake of the deadly U.S. Capitol riot earlier this week. Google on Friday removed Parler from its app store for Android users, Google Play Store.
