Patriot Conservatives, “KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK!” You get up from having dinner with your family and look through your front window. What you see staring back at you is a government bureaucrat – with orders from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi – there to remove the political yard sign from your front yard. You’re also slapped with a hefty fine . . . for publicly expressing your political views without first filing out the paperwork now required under federal law. But that’s not all. Your name and address will now be listed online – making you and your family vulnerable to harassment and intimidation from Antifa and other violent left-wing groups and organizations. Sound far-fetched? Well, Lee S, the nightmare scenario I just described to you could become reality if Democrats succeed in ramming the misnamed “For the Politicians Act,” – better referred to as the Gag Act (H.R. 1). As the very FIRST bill introduced by Democrats in the new Congress, the Gag Act is Nancy Pelosi’s top priority for 2021. That’s why I’m counting on you to sign your petitions to your U.S. Representative and Senators demanding they OPPOSE the Gag Act (H.R. 1) IMMEDIATELY. Of course, creating a target list of Americans who refuse to “unite” behind their radical socialist agenda is only one component of the massive Gag Act. Along with redefining “lobbyist” to include even grassroots citizens who simply dare to sign petitions or make phone calls to their elected officials and forcing organizations like FreedomWorks to publicly disclose their donors online for Antifa thugs and other radicals to look up and find. . .   . . . the Gag Act also hands Nancy Pelosi and her henchmen TOTAL CONTROL of our ENTIRE election system by:   *** Seizing control of EVERY STATE’S election system, mandating expanded “vote-by-mail,” changing Election Day from one day to TWO WEEKS (to give left-wing activists plenty of time to bus voters to polls), and removing any and all Voter ID requirements; *** Forcing states to adopt “Swamp”-controlled redistricting commissions that will promptly start drawing congressional Republicans out of office. After failing to flip any state legislature in 2020, media elites are openly fretting, “Democrats Face a Redistricting Disaster” this year as New York Magazine put it. So the Gag Act is designed to thwart the will of voters, and ensure that Speaker Pelosi holds onto power in 2022 no matter what; and *** Greasing the skids for Washington, D.C. statehood, by putting Congress on record in favor of all the reasons Democrats say they should be handed two more U.S. Senate seats and permanent control of the Senate.   Lee S, the GAG Act is THE centerpiece of the House Democrats’ legislative agenda for 2021. You and I CAN defeat the Gag Act. But only if I can count on you to help FreedomWorks turn up enough heat. So after you sign your petition, please consider chipping in $25, $35, $50, $100, $250 – or whatever you can – to help fund FreedomWorks four-part plan to DEFEAT the Gag Act, including: FLOODING Congress with mountains of signed petitions demanding every Representative and Senator oppose Nancy Pelosi’s Gag Act on all votes; Unleashing our 5+ million-strong Social Media following to EXPOSE the ugly truth behind the Gag Act; Conducting an all-out earned and paid media blitz with everything from TV and radio appearances by national spokesman Stephen Moore if we can raise the resources; and Running hard-hitting online ads targeting key Senate swing votes just as the battle over the Gag Act reaches the Senate floor. Of course, implementing our four-part battle plan won’t be easy – nor cheap. But this is the type of massive grassroots program needed to stop Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats from making the Gag Act the law of the land. And I’m sure you agree, for freedom to survive in America – this is a battle that you and I cannot lose.
