District Representation Russ Randall has lived, worked, and worshiped in District 22 area for over 34 years. Russ has been and continues to be a familiar face in community activities and in service organizations. He is a respected leader in our district. Russ’ opponent lives in District 20. He has promised to move, if elected.   Voting Record Representing District 22 in the Florida House requires keen insight and voting diligence. Past history is indeed a predictor of future behavior. Showing up to work and voting is important! Since 1988, Russ Has maintained a 99% voting record in both primary and general elections.   Since 2004, Russ’ opponent has a compiled a 58% voting record in primary votes and 63% in general elections.   Education and Leadership While a college education is not required for one to be a member of the Florida House, the rigor of completing an advanced course of study speaks volumes in regards to one’s ability to be steadfast, stable, and steady in life. Russ Randall has completed a bachelor degree in Education and a master’s degree in Divinity. Russ serves on several boards and organizations in District 22.
