First, the good news.
It will take a unanimous verdict from a 12-member jury for Planned Parenthood to win its revenge suit demanding millions from pro-life hero Sandra Merritt.
That’s a high bar to pass. And Sandra did nothing wrong. But, the judge is shielding the jury from watching the videos that are at the heart of this case.
The facts and the law in the case are on her side. A grandmother, Sandra gave up her quiet life to go undercover and expose Planned Parenthood’s horrific business selling baby body parts.
She participated in a 30-month undercover campaign that captured damning footage of Planned Parenthood officials . . .
- Haggling for the best price on body parts, even declaring, “I want a Lamborghini!”
- Talking with casual cruelty about using “less crunchy” abortion techniques to obtain intact organs from tiny unborn children.
- Bragging about the revenue earned by the sale of organs taken from aborted infants.
Because of videotaped revelations like these, Planned Parenthood is determined to destroy Sandra.

That’s especially true because of U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick.
Appointed by President Barack Obama, Judge Orrick helped open and run a Planned Parenthood abortion referral center in San Francisco. He spent some 23 years working with a family resource center which shares space and helps run the Planned Parenthood facility.

Sandra and her colleague, David Daleiden, exposed on video Planned Parenthood's ghoulish business of harvesting and selling brains, hearts, livers and more from precious, innocent tiny children.
Their revelations shook the abortion giant's bloody empire.
That's why Planned Parenthood, which kills some 330,000 infants every year, is fighting back tooth and nail. It’s desperate to salvage its damaged reputation. And to do that, it must take Sandra down.
