Federal Judge Blocks California Governor – He Just Put Donald Trump Back On The 2020 Ballot
California did everything they could to stop Trump – but a judge just knocked them down.
Ever since Donald Trump became president, California Democrats have openly opposed him.
You’d think they would be more concerned with the countless problems hitting their state, but they seem obsessed with him.They have tried to oppose his wall, they establish a sanctuary state, and they tried to keep his name off their 2020 primary ballots.
Gov. Newsom signed a law that would have forced every candidate to expose their taxes to the public – but it was clearly aimed at Trump.
Well, the governor forgot that a Bush-appointed judge had the final say.

A federal judge in California Thursday granted the Trump campaign’s request to block a new law that requires presidential and gubernatorial candidates to release five years of tax returns to run in the state’s primary elections.
The law signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, in July would have left the sitting president off of the ballot in California’s March 2020 primary…
Wow. Just how petty can Democrats get?
They have failed time and again to hurt Trump’s reputation. The Russian investigation flopped, so they’re back on his tax returns.
Imagine being so desperate to undermine the president that you’d pass a law to get him to show you his tax returns. All by holding back primary ballots from the President.
How do you describe a party like that?
Well, at least one judge in California had the sense to block this ridiculous law. It appears it violated a citizens’ First Amendment right of association.
You also have to keep in mind that your tax returns are you own private business. They are confidential government documents that you don’t have to show anybody if you don’t want to.
Democrats have, for years, tried to get Trump to hand over his tax returns. Why?f he was a tax cheat, wouldn’t the IRS have exposed him? That would have obviously come out.
So, why are Democrats so eager to get his?
Perhaps it’s because they are all out of ideas to stump Trump. They see 2020 coming and they are worried. And they should be.
Well Democrats, this scheme failed. Maybe now you can, you know, get back to serving the American people and talking about the issues. As if that would ever happen…
