Control of a population begins with massive surveillance.....
For the last decade, we all (together) reported mass surveillance by high altitude balloons or blimps would eventually hover over the entire United States, but in particular.....most every major city.
DARPA and their contractors have begun testing "surveillance balloons" launched from South Dakota and covers an area east. High resolution cameras can watch an entire city in 360 degrees, recorded for playback when a crime is committed, and can follow (in reverse) from the address the vehicle or person departed.
Of course.....the testing being conducted is for "border security" but what the report doesn't say, is when will these surveillance balloons cover the entire United States. Past news articles stated they will be deployed over most every large metropolitan city in America.
History has shown that EVERYTHING electronically good for the protection of all citizens, ends-up being used against citizens, hence....the 'Patriot Act,' Twitter, Facebook, Google, etc, etc.
For any government to [survive], the surveillance and control of the population is necessary in-order to maintain 'Continuity of Government'........the government elected by the people and for the people, a fallacy that makes 'Orwell's 1984' a joke.
WE THE PEOPLE vote them in and the powers of the 'Shadow Government' push the National Security narrative(s), military defense contractors donate millions via backdoor foundations to certain politicians, fakestream media get their talking points from the CIA's [Mockingbird] propaganda unit, false flag attacks here and there....designed to make null and void the Constitution [eventually], divide the population by any means necessary, get them fighting each other, push for Civil War, create new laws overnight to go after certain organizations, be it the Alt Right Media, activists, or Constitutionalists, violate privacy laws as much as possible which forces more dissent by Conservatives. Throw in a Trump for the Deep State criminals to justify a TWO TIERED JUDICIAL SYSTEM, illegal spying, FBI Watch lists, and what do we have in the end?

As the Communist agenda advances, the excuse for mass surveillance inside your home, outside your home, everywhere you go, what you say online, on or around your cellphone, what you post on Twitter and Facebook, is all documented for the opportune time when the government is officially under a so-called [Progressive] Socialist President, controlled by a Deep State Communist oligarchy.
Ego trips by humans is the most self destructive psychological aspect that drives a normal citizen from being neutral to being an outright dictator, cop, politician, or a Home Owner's Association president into a fu*king moron that loves the power of the badge over the common citizen that has little to no authority to complain or worse....goes against the grain.
I had the badge and the authority in a former law enforcement state position, and I made it a point to NOT be like a few fellow officers that were complete assholes...and I know most law enforcement types have (our) best interests in mind, while in Washington....the hat they wear is way too small.

Demand in court your Constitutional Right to this or that, and you could be cited for Contempt ! Or....stand outside a court and tell arriving jurors about [Jury Nullification], which basically means, use your own commonsense in the case and don't be buffaloed by the judge that demands you follow the written law HE tells you to follow.....JAIL FOR YOU if you go against the grain !
The power politicians (and judges) have become a clear and present danger to the American people, to our Constitution, and our Liberty and Freedoms, initially written on parchment by the Founding Fathers and under God.
America is about to exceed China.....a Communist country that has their thumb on every citizen, killing citizens and placing dissidents and activists in re-education camps defined under the REX 84 Program, not a "conspiracy theory" the Left would like for your to swallow.
Surveillance techniques and practices by Google, Facebook et al are following the Chinese example.
Categorizing citizens into certain groups with propaganda tactics, is underway.....
Right now in America, if you speak-out, you're a "racist" or you are an "extremist" and lately a "domestic terrorist" for writing this report today......because I speak for Liberty and Freedom which (in their minds) goes against the grain for what is coming as early as 2020 or 2024...Communism.
Therefore....."it's going to get worse as we approach the 2020 election," and I agree with that latest FBI assessment, but disagree with their Left leaning biased sources and references which gives no credibility to the Phoenix FBI Report.....released at a convenient time to cause more division and dissent against the upcoming [DECLAS]....while a growing [Progressive] Communist Movement WILL require Patriotic Americans to take-up arms against the likes of ANTIFA and other Communist led movements. The 2nd Amendment spells it out for the specific reasons stated above.

[Progressives] are pushing feel-good Socialism as a new means of production by and for the working force, but Communism lurks behind the scenes as the End Game for a New World Order.....enslavement and control of entire populations, in every participating country on earth, will answer to a ONE WORLD LEADER. The objective by a Communist take-over of America is to re-write the Constitution, only to suit themselves and their safety from a political uprising.....and a sample of that prerequisite can be found in Bush's 'Patriot Act' written BEFORE 9/11 and targets PATRIOTS in America specifically under the guise of 'Continuity of Government.' There are three types of citizens......while illegal aliens are maneuvered, or [conned] into the number (1) category (below) with promises by the Democrat Communist Party, all proven to be unobtainable.
1) Socialist / Communists that want to turn America into a Third World Country with open borders, everything free and to ultimately destroy the middle class, they refer to as the "privileged whites." They want their leaders to be those with radical and evil / immoral intentions while being hypocrites in the process.
2) Those that believe in God and the sanctity of life, and want limited and controlled government to adhere to the Constitution. This type of citizen is also on top of what's happening, be it fake or real, and is a citizen that calls-out those that need to be held accountable. They are also the most armed in America....AND the most watched.
3) Neutral [good citizens] that work hard, pay any tax imposed, obey all laws no matter how abusive.....limited in their knowledge of government crimes, and barely vote and if they do, they vote for the nice looking politician with feel good talking points. Their motto is: "If I am not doing anything wrong, why worry about what the government is doing?"
An abusive and out-of-control government, like China....prefer the number "3" [neutral] citizen and we also see that false hope by America's law enforcement agencies / military industrial complex across this nation as we venture further into a 'Police State.'
In order for any government advancing closer to Communist Rule, the priority is to [neutralize] most every citizen in that country. And it starts and ends with mass surveillance and re-education camps, including death. Censorship is just a test to see what a government can get away with.....

Pentagon testing mass surveillance balloons across the US
“We do not think that American cities should be subject to wide-area surveillance in which every vehicle could be tracked wherever they go,” said Jay Stanley, a senior policy analyst at the American Civil Liberties Union.
“Even in tests, they’re still collecting a lot of data on Americans: who’s driving to the union house, the church, the mosque, the Alzheimer’s clinic,” he said. “We should not go down the road of allowing this to be used in the United States and it’s disturbing to hear that these tests are being carried out, by the military no less.”
For many years, Sierra Nevada has supplied Southcom with light aircraft packed with millions of dollars’ worth of sensors, which then flew over Mexico, Colombia, Panama and the Caribbean sea. But planes require expensive crews and can only fly for a few hours at a time. In a report to the Senate armed services committee this February, Southcom’s commander, Admiral Craig Faller, wrote: “While improving efficiency, we still only successfully interdicted about six percent of known drug movements [in 2018].”
The new balloons promise a cheap surveillance platform that could follow multiple cars and boats for extended periods. And because winds often travel in different directions at different altitudes, the balloons can usually hover over a given area simply by ascending or descending.
Neither Sierra Nevada nor US Southcom responded to requests for comment on this story. However, the rival balloon operator World View recently announced that it had carried out multi-week test missions in which its own stratospheric balloons were able to hover over a five-mile-diameter area for six and a half hours, and larger areas for days at a time.
“The very nature of [these balloons] is that they can operate for weeks and months,” said Ryan Hartman, the CEO of World View. “The challenge is how to harness the stratospheric winds to be able to create a persistent station-keeping capability for customers.”
Raven Aerostar, the company that is supplying the balloons for Southcom’s tests and launching them from its facility in South Dakota, told the Guardian that it has had balloons remain aloft for nearly a month. Raven also makes balloons for the Alphabet subsidiary Loon, which uses them to help deliver internet and cellphone service from the stratosphere.
The FCC documents show that Southcom’s balloons are carrying small, satellite-like vehicles housing sophisticated sensors and communication gear. One of those sensors is a synthetic aperture radar intended to detect every car or boat in motion on a 25-mile swath beneath the balloon.
The balloons also have advanced mesh networking technologies that allow them to communicate with one another, share data and pass it to receivers on the ground below.
The FCC filing notes that this networking includes video information. That suggests that the balloons might also carry a Sierra Nevada video capture system called Gorgon Stare. This wide-area surveillance system comprises nine cameras capable of recording panoramic images across an entire city simultaneously.
While Gorgon Stare is usually deployed on drones, Michel said that the US army has used tethered spy blimps in Afghanistan, and that US Customs and Border Protection has experimented with low-altitude balloons along the Mexico border.
But wide-area surveillance from stratospheric balloons is relatively new, said Michel: “The higher the altitude of the system, the wider the area that you can cover. The trade-off is that depending on the area and the system, you may get lower-resolution images.” Balloons are also subject to fewer restrictions and regulations than drones.
It is unclear from the FCC documents whether Southcom’s tests within the US are linked to any active narcotic or counter-terrorism investigations. Also, none of the parties involved would say whether the midwest vehicle data would be deleted, stored or passed on to other federal or local agencies.
“[We would like to know] what they are they doing with that data, how they are storing it, and whether they are contemplating deploying this in the US,” said the ACLU’s Stanley. “Because if they decide that it’s usable domestically, there’s going to be enormous pressure to deploy it.”
The Southcom surveillance tests are probably just the tip of the iceberg. Scott Wickersham, the vice-president of Raven Aerostar, told the Guardian that it has also been working with Sierra Nevada and the Pentagon’s research arm Darpa on a “highly sophisticated and challenging development around the stratosphere”. This refers to the agency’s Adaptable Lighter-Than-Air(Alta) program, an ongoing effort to perfect stratospheric balloon navigation which has included multiple launches across the country, Wickersham said.
Ryan Hartman said that World View had also completed a dozen surveillance test missions for a customer it would not name, capturing data he would not specify.
“Obviously, there are laws to protect people’s privacy and we are respectful of all those laws,” Hartman said. “We also understand the importance of operating in an ethical way as it relates to further protecting people’s privacy.”
Meanwhile, World View is currently preparing for its next surveillance flight, and Sierra Nevada’s tests in the midwest continue.
