What I fail to understand is HOW can any American city, county, state, claim to be a sanctuary for law breakers (ILLEGALS ARE LAW BREAKERS!!!)?
Why aren't they, the professors of being a Sanctuary location, handled according to the LAW?
8 USC Section 1324a states: "Any person who knowingly hires/harbors/transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail + $2000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of the vehicle or property used to commit the crime".
Section 1324c states, "All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for a violation of any provision of this section" (affirmed US v Perez-Gonzalez 2002 Fed App 0360, 6th Circ.).
Section 1644, same title states, "No local ordinance, rule, or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section" (affirmed Southern District Court of NY, US v Rudy Guiliani,1996).
MUEHLER et al. v. MENA certiorari to the united states court of appeals for the ninth circuit No. 03-1423.Argued December 8, 2004--Decided March 22, 2005
All those political parties should be prosecuted under the above listed LAW.

Republican Representative from North Carolina Thom Tillis sent out a press release on Tuesday which details upcoming legislation that will give a voice to those victimized by illegal aliens protected by sanctuary city policies.
“The legislation creates a private right of civil action for the victims of sanctuary jurisdictions, allowing them to bring an action for compensatory damages against the sanctuary jurisdiction as a result of a violent crime committed by an illegal immigrant,” it reads. “Any sanctuary city or jurisdiction that refuses to waive its immunity as it relates to sanctuary-related civil action would be subject to the withholding of certain Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding.”
Tillis drew inspiration for this legislation from his own home state of North Carolina, which has a number of “sanctuary jurisdictions” that refuse to cooperate with ICE and other immigration officials.
The announcement also included an anecdote supporting the need for such a law, though one could argue that forcing counties to turn criminals over to the proper authorities should not need emotional appeal, but rather a common sense reaction to crimes committed.
Following his sentence, Fox News reports that he was mandated to return to Mexico as part of his plea deal. That clearly didn’t happen.
In 2018, Martin Gallo-Gallardo was released on bond following domestic violence charges and went on to murder his wife and dump her body in a ditch. ICE had placed a civil detainer on him while he was initially detained in Portland, Oregon, but it was not honored by the sheriff’s office. Multnomah County insisted that they did not receive any such detainer requests.
These states and counties go out of their way to protect illegal immigrants in ways they wouldn’t afford to actual citizens, which puts everyone in danger. Knowingly releasing a criminal back into society to inflict harm upon the American populace should be criminally punished, and it’s a good thing someone is willing to stand up to progressives who put the “right” to be in America above the actual rights of everyone else.
This announcement drew liberals out of their caves and boy were the results predictable. Accusations of racism and bigotry abound. One guy actually asked why victims of illegal immigrants “deserve justice” more than anyone else. Counter-point: Why does he think illegal aliens deserve more protections than anyone else?

Victims of illegal alien crimes may soon be able to sue sanctuary cities
July 10, 2019 | Sierra Marlee |Republican Representative from North Carolina Thom Tillis sent out a press release on Tuesday which details upcoming legislation that will give a voice to those victimized by illegal aliens protected by sanctuary city policies.

The announcement also included an anecdote supporting the need for such a law, though one could argue that forcing counties to turn criminals over to the proper authorities should not need emotional appeal, but rather a common sense reaction to crimes committed.
- “Earlier this month, the Mecklenburg County (NC) Sheriff’s Office refused to notify ICE and comply with a lawful detainer request when it released a dangerous illegal immigrant from county jail who was charged with multiple domestic violence charges for strangling a woman and threatening to kill her. This was only one of more than 20 troubling instances this year of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office releasing potentially dangerous individuals after refusing to comply with detainer requests. The reckless sanctuary policy prompted criticism from the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.”
Following his sentence, Fox News reports that he was mandated to return to Mexico as part of his plea deal. That clearly didn’t happen.
