As I have stated a few times - Seattle has become a cesspool of human crap and I mean not only the excrement but the people who drop it anyplace they squat. There are ways to remedy this situation but it REQUIRES some honest effort and ENFORCEMENT and ENFORCEMENT is one of those things that todays LIBERALS refuse to address that option. If you look at the cities that have this problem you will find they are all run by FAR LEFT LIBERALS. That is the problem - LIBERALS. This same rule applies to homelessness, poverty, street gangs and shootings, the Sanctuary cities who refuse to enforce immigration laws, the politicians in office who should be charged with dereliction of duty, prosecuted, convicted, and imprisoned.
