Help Needed to Protect Our Children
I have gotten involved in a local group who is trying to inform parents
of what is in the FLASH (Family Life and Sexual Health) sex education
curriculum which is being brought into the public schools. There are
not enough words to describe the evil contained in this material.Â
Children are being groomed to become sexually active at very young ages,
and not just in the U.S., but globally through CSE - Comprehensive Sex
Education. This curriculum is a pedophile's dream come true and teaches
perversion. Locally, FLASH is in our Camas schools and the Battle
Ground District is meeting again, to discuss its use in their school
district. It is spreading, so don't feel like your school district is
safe. Even if you no longer have children in public school, your
grandchildren, friends and family may have, and we need to stand in the
gap for those who do have children in the public schools. What is
taught in the public schools - the values or lack of them, will filter
into the general population and continue to influence our society and
morals, for good or for bad. It is important to protect our children
from those who would break down their normal innocence and desensitize
them to topics such as these. Giving information about sexual health is
the job for the parents, not a 'one size fits all' approach that this
curriculum encourages. It would be good to contact your school board
and find out what material they use for sex education in your school
district.
