Jan 2019: Top Priorities For State Capitols, Part Three As a result of my appearance and discussing the issue of ‘smart’ meters, it’s my understanding hundreds of people have chosen to ‘opt out’ of the ‘smart’ meter installation drive in Josephine and Jackson County, Oregon.
