A WORD TO THE WISE...STAND UP TO TYRANNY

HOSEA 4:6 PROJECT

Tuesday –

Hebraic Year 5779

“Son of Man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me” (Ezekiel 3:17).

-          The role of a watchman is to warn and teach.

“…But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the Shofar, so that the people are warned; and then the sword comes and takes any one of them, I will hold the watchman responsible for the deaths” (Ezekiel 33:6).

PERSONAL REMARKS AND COMMENTARY:

The leadership of President Reagan in the 1980s influenced redirecting America back to traditional values and our Nation’s Judeo-Christian foundation as crafted by our Forefathers.  Almost from the moment of Ronald Reagan’s departure from the White House America commenced sliding away from these values.  The resulting chasm has so deepened that American culture has entered into new cultural norms equivalent to biblical Sodom and Gomorrah with Baal worship encouraged.  The eight years of Barrack Obama directing America brought numerous catastrophes; with a massive introduction and mingling of foreign, anti-Christian teachings America was never, ever to entertain much less adopt.  This deliberate change to the very foundation of our Nation created divisions along with an assorted array of disasters – both socially and personally.  The unspoken plan, but with a wink and a nod amongst the Elite Ruling class in America and across the globe, was to collapse the United States of America into becoming just another country within the global community; no longer the strong force and arbiter we have been.  All resemblance of even a token Christian nation was to be removed or rendered a joke and source of mocking.  Ronald Reagan’s efforts to return America to the shining city on the hill were systematically being removed and destroyed.  And, for the very most part, the church across the Land was silent. 

But for God!  Then came a Cyrus (Isaiah 45) in the person of Donald Trump.  Quite possibly not a Born Again Christian, but then, neither an enemy of Christianity.  Donald Trump was led into the Oval Office of the White House to stop the fall of America from becoming a mere footnote in history.  I believe President Trump was also presented as a warning to America’s current course and ultimate end if something radical didn’t happen to WAKE-UP those who proclaim: “Jesus is Lord over-all, and blessed is the Nation whose God is the Lord!”  I believe we are to oppose what is wrong but to love all, even those engaged in doing wrong.  I believe we are to hold those who intentionally intend to harm accountable, but do so with grace not weakness.  Somehow the theme of “Happy Days are here Again!” seems to be hummed by many who proclaim Yeshua Ha Mashiach (Jesus is Messiah).  Too few recognize, much less fully believe, that incredible forces of evil are lurking like wolves waiting to devour the flock of sheep.  I’ll give you the proposition that more today than ever can see some of the dots to the puzzle of evil, but few among church leaders can put the dots together and form at least some of the picture which would help form a response.  Just like America was blindsided by evil it did not understand on 9/11, I sense the church across our Land will be again if it doesn’t awake, begin anew to submit (cooperate) with the Lord’s plans, not man’s agenda; to once again walk like the First Century Christians did as outlined in The Book of Acts.

The following passage speaks to this.  Yeshua is sharply teaching his followers to look at and analyze events through the lens of Scripture. “When you see a cloud rising in the west, immediately you say, ‘A shower is coming,’ and so it turns out.  And when you see a south wind blowing, you say, ‘It will be a hot day,’ and it turns out that way.  You hypocrites!  You know how to analyze the appearance of the earth and the sky, but why do you not analyze this present time?” (Luke 12: 54-56).  How many in the church today are acquainted with all sorts of prophecy, teachings and insights, but unable to connect the dots and see what is lurking all about and positioning to strike, blindsiding this country and the church – again! 

Donald Trump’s ascension to the presidency presented a catastrophe for the powers of the underworld and their earthly followers and acolytes.  Donald Trump has opened the door inviting strong Christian participation across the political, governmental, financial, cultural, and even evangelical arenas of the United States.  President Trump, like his predecessor, President Reagan, has opened and stood by a door inviting dedicated followers of Christ to impact this nation once again.  But the forces aligned against this plan are quite real, organized more than most can bring themselves to believe, and are prepared to fight to death such a return to our Judeo-Christian foundational values.  Such a war began the day after Mr. Trump’s election, and it has only increased in size, power, organization, participation, and dedication to bring to an end the Trump Presidency.  It will take more than sitting around singing, dancing, and stating prophetic words of goodness to stand against the diabolical army arrayed in both the spirit-world and in the natural. The First Century Church fully understood this chilling fact.  The Lord is raising up today a Remnant Church much similar to the First Century Church. 

If America does not take full and complete advantage of the gift of a reprieve given to us by the Lord, through His modern-day Cyrus, Donald Trump; if America’s churches do not begin immediately opposing the Satanic influences so fully operating across all spectrums of our society, including in the church, the window of time granted to us, the reprieve granted to us, will dissolve.  Judgment and destruction will come to this Land.  The light from America the world has watched and counted on will fade greatly…if not extinguish.
