Do you believe that a sitting Member of Congress who PHYSICALLY ASSAULTS a person on the premises of the U.S. Capitol Building should simply be reprimanded with a slap on the wrist? We don't either!
Let's be real here. Auntie Maxine Waters has committed a multitude of sins. Any one of them should qualify her for EXPULSION from Congress, but when she physically assaulted a reporter in the U.S. Capitol, she crossed the line.
We were patient. We waited for Congress to act. At first, feckless Republicans suggested that it was simply enough to simply reprimand her or censure her, but now, they're not even talking about doing that anymore. They've gone silent! They're hoping that you'll just move on.
And so, it is time, right here and right now, to demand that Congress do what it should have done a week ago and immediately move to EXPEL Maxine Waters from Congress. It's going to take an outpouring of calls and Blast Faxes from patriotic citizens like you to force Congress to do what must me done, so let's get busy!

Can A Sitting Member of Congress Actually Be Expelled From Congress?
Before we go any further, let's get that question out of the way right now.
Article I, Section 5 of the United States Constitution provides that "Each House may determine the Rules of its proceedings [and] punish its members for disorderly behavior" and yes, the Constitution clearly says that Congress has every right to "expel a member."
That's pretty cut-and-dry. Nothing more needs to be said.
Now... let's be fair. Recently, politics has gotten really nasty... more so than in years past, and a number of politicians have said some rather questionable things as of late.
And we do not need to remind you that liberals DO NOT TIRE of reminding us that President Donald J. Trump may have made a few potentially questionable utterances prior to his election when he was on the campaign trail.
But just so we're clear. If President Trump went so far as to physically assault a reporter on the White House lawn, he would probably be impeached and removed from office in a matter of days... no questions asked. Even his most ardent supporters would draw the line and question his fitness to hold public office if such a thing happened.
And therein lies the difference. President Trump (or any other elected official for that matter) hasn't physically assaulted anyone. Maxine Waters DID, and that is precisely why she must go. She crossed the line. Her behavior is clearly unacceptable and it clearly can't be tolerated from a sitting elected official!

And Yes, Maxine Waters Physically Assaulted A Reporter On The Grounds Of The U.S. Capitol.
It's not a he-said-she-said scenario. The incident was captured on video tape.
WND reported the incident as follows:
"[Reporter Laura] Loomer, in a videoed exchange, followed Waters as she walked through a Capitol corridor, asking the lawmaker to explain the implications for conservatives of her call to harassment."
"When Waters approached the elevator, she hit Loomer in the face with a bunch of papers. A burly man then got in Loomer’s face and pushed her away while repeatedly shouting: 'Ma'am, it's a members' elevator!'
"In the background, Waters is seen gloating and apparently sticking her tongue out as Loomer is pushed away from the elevator door."
You read that right! But Waters didn't simply slap Loomer with a stack of papers. She slapped at her with her hand as well and after assaulting Loomer, Waters hid behind a number of burly looking staff members, grinned from ear to ear like the Cheshire Cat and stuck out her tongue at Loomer.
And yes, Loomer has confirmed that she has pressed charges against Waters with the Capitol Hill Police.
Auntie Maxine clearly needs an intervention and it's up to each and every one of us to see to it that it happens.

Auntie Maxine Simply Adds Insult To Injury!
Let's face facts, Maxine Waters KNOWS NO SHAME.
Prior to the assault, she commanded a crowd of agitators at a rally to get in people's faces and confront them and then, when confronted with her comments, she initially doubled-down on them.
Shortly thereafter, she appeared to relent and - probably at the command of the Democrat Leadership - claimed that she was not advocating violence when she spoke the words.
AND THEN... she assaulted a reporter on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol.
Now, one would think that it would be the natural inclination of any politician in Maxine Waters' position to keep a low profile and wait for the heat to die down.
Not Auntie Maxine...
She's doubling-down on her provocations again. The Hill just did a story on Waters under the headline: "Maxine Waters Is Done With 'Nice Guy Politics'"
It's clear. Maxine Waters is not going to stop because she believes that she will not be held accountable for her actions. It's up to us to show her otherwise.
