Honoring officers killed in the line of duty
Last year, 129 law enforcement officers died in the line of duty. This morning, at the 37th Annual National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service, President Trump will join senior officials from across the Administration to honor these heroes’ sacrifices and recognize their families. In May of 1982, 125 people gathered for the First National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service. Over the last 37 years, the Fraternal Order of Police has honored more than 5,000 law enforcement officers nationwide. Today, more than 20,000 officers, families, and friends of law enforcement attend the annual Memorial Service. In addition to the 129 officers who died in 2017, this year’s event will honor 70 additional officers whose deaths were previously unrecognized. Many of these 70 officers died from illnesses related to service during the September 11attacks.

What Intercessors Need to Know About This Week's Amazing Anniversary of Prophetic Fulfillment
The rebirth of Israel after almost 2,000 years stands as an amazing fulfillment of Bible prophecy.
The survival of Israel against overwhelming forces is one of the greatest modern miracles of God. Israel has fought wars in 1948, 1956, 1967 and 1973, and has emerged victorious every time. She has fought many smaller engagements and has endured sustained terrorist activities. The hand of God has been evident, as described by the prophet Zechariah, who speaks of Jerusalem as an "immovable rock" and a "cup that sends the surrounding peoples reeling" (Zech. 12:2,3). Today, Israel is still surrounded by its enemies. Hamas, Hezbollah, ISIS, Al Queda and Iran are sworn to Israel's destruction. As of now, Israel's enemies are fighting among themselves, but the Islamists are still pushing for an end to their peace with Israel. For those who subscribe to a historical interpretation of Revelation, the situation is described in Revelation 9:1-11, the fifth trumpet, as a 150-year war with the Arabs. We can expect not peace, but another 80 years of warfare in the Middle East. The end will come after Israel is defeated by the Antichrist (Zech. 14:2 and Rev. 11:7). But Jerusalem will rebel against the Antichrist and he will gather the nations to fight at Armageddon (Megiddo, in Israel) (Rev 16:16). Then, when all seems lost, Christ will return to the Mount of Olives (Zech. 14:4 and Acts 1:11, 12) and destroy His enemies (Zech. 14:3 and Rev. 19:19-21). Only then will peace come to the Middle East and the world (Zech. 14:9 and Rev. 20:1-6). Nevertheless, we must continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. When they have peace, so will we.

Hudson Bay ice is at near 100% coverage this far into the beginning of the melt season. Comparing with 2017 spring melt the bay should be around 25% or more melted so far. Also the Canadian Ice Service is not updating its charts due to continuous 100% ice coverage. Maps and weekly data sets are frozen, literally. Great Lakes ice coverage was far above normal for the months of January and February 2018. Strange how the -18C temperatures still cover the Hudson Bay area.

Ice Arches backed up sea ice through the Nares Straight and Hudson Bay remains near 100% ice covered which is usually at 70% covered. The Arctic still has 4+ meter / 12 foot thick ice pack and Cape Town now wants to tow icebergs to alleviate its water shortage.
