INTRODUCTION
The role Codex Alimentarius is playing in our lives continues to grow. As we’ve written in previous issues, Codex is essentially a false front for the pharmaceutical and chemical companies. On the surface, it appears to be a regulatory agency that seeks good health for all the nations. But when you look at who makes up this agency, you quickly see that it is officials from the pharmaceutical and chemical industries who want to control your life, particularly your health and the money you spend on health.
This writer has long written that American healthcare is dominated by a powerful medical monopoly consisting of the big pharma companies, the government (i.e., FDA, HHS, and CDC), and the American Medical Association. This monopoly controls all health legislation, all government medical financial appropriations, what treatment modalities are legal or illegal, and has the power to stamp out (i.e., illegalize or imprison) alternate medical practitioners and their alternate health modalities. Naturopathic doctors (a few of whom this writer has known personally) have been imprisoned for treating patients with ozone and other oxygen or hydrogen peroxide modalities. Laetrile (vitamin B-17), which is very effective in cancer treatment, is strictly outlawed in the US. And the natural health supplements industry (tiny in comparison to Big Pharma) is under constant attack by the medical monopoly.
This medical monopoly funds all mainline medical schools in America and funds (and thereby controls) all medical research – thus programming most doctors and nurses for their limited treatment modalities: cut (surgery); burn (radiation); and
poison (i.e., drugs and chemotherapy). Mainline medicine treats symptomatically instead of finding and treating the underlying cause – and in may cases with very negative side effects. Their drugs or chemotherapy further toxify an already toxic body and lower (or in the case of chemotherapy, completely destroy) an already compromised immune system. That is why 95% of cancer patients treated with chemotherapy die – many from chemotherapy poisoning – not from the cancer. By way of contrast, alternate medicine attempts to detoxify an already toxic body and raise the immune system so the body can heal itself.
The medical establishment (monopoly), which is dominated by Big Pharma, is malicious in its intent and ruthless in its methods. It has one agenda: total financial and dictatorial control of the world’s health. It has massive financial power and political influence, which it is using to destroy medical freedom, and with it, natural medicine. They intend to mandate health policy around the world. If Americans fail to resist this, we will lose our right to free choice – not just in medicine, but in all of life. The drug and chemical companies make up one of the world’s biggest cartels and the single most powerful lobbying influence in Washington. While they have no real legal basis to run Codex, they are hell-bent on guiding the healthcare laws of every nation on earth.
The power this cartel holds is tremendous. Indeed, it owns much of the US Congress through campaign contributions and bribes. Just look at how hard it’s been for Congress to repeal Obamacare – a system that is dying under its own weight. The only repeal-and-replace that Codex will accept is a move to a one-payer system. With the government paying for health care, it can completely control all of your options from the time you’re born until the day you die. Other nations have this system in place and are doing exactly that.
While the government propaganda suggests that every person will receive medical care, the reality is that they receive medical treatment with little to no care for their actual health. The clearest example of just how far the Codex cartel has progressed is with vaccines. This particular area of medicine shows how far the internationalists have come in developing a fascist political system around the world. This lucrative public-private business enterprise has forged a partnership between government and the drug companies (which is the definition of fascism – a practical merger of government and business). It uses your tax dollars to develop and distribute hundreds of new vaccines. Then it uses your tax dollars to enforce the mandated use of these vaccines.
With this partnership bringing in billions of dollars, the drug company cartels aren’t just sitting back enjoying their cash flow. Remember, they want complete domination in the medical world. So Codex is now pushing for mandatory vaccine laws in every country in the world, and in every state in the US. Obviously, some countries and some states (like California) are more amenable to these laws than others. And Codex is picking the low-hanging fruit to gain momentum.
A. WHAT IS THE GLOBAL ESTABLISHMENT’S AGENDA BEHIND AMERICA’S MEDICAL MONOPOLY
This writer used to think that the medical monopoly was primarily about greed and money. But if you look at the global establishment powers behind this medical/Big Pharma cartel, there is actually a far more sinister agenda. Total global people control is behind the establishment’s push for a New World Order – illustrated in their present push for a global cashless society. To control all people, they need to control all wealth (money and finances); all information (i.e., the entire media); all people movement (i.e., travel restrictions); and all health (i.e., all medicine). It is very simple: sick and weak people don’t resist tyranny. To control people, control their health!
The globalist have written that strict global population control (reduction) is one of their primary goals to “save the planet.” They have talked about an 80% reduction in the total world population.
That cannot be achieved through wars alone. Pandemic plagues are the key to global population reduction of that magnitude. The Nazi doctors in the ’30s and ’40s were experimen companies experimented on over ten thousand of 240,000 prisoners (most of whom died) – and many of those experiments had to do with genocide. At the end of the war, many of these Nazi doctors were brought to America and went to work for the US government or for large US pharmaceutical companies.
(For those who wish to do more research on this subject, the book “The Nazi Doctors: Medical Killing and the Psychology of Genocide” by Robert J. Lifton is an excellent history and documentation of that era. You will see where our modern ideas of abortion and euthanasia originated – from the Nazi doctors and pharmaceutical companies.) Keep all of this in mind as you read below about the medical monopoly’s (led by Big Pharma) accelerating effort to force all Americans (young and old) to undergo their forced vaccinations.
B. INTERNATIONAL VACCINE COMPLIANCE FALLS IN LINE
As Codex pushes for mandatory vaccination laws, some countries are ahead of the curve. For instance, “Slovenia has one of the world’s most aggressive and comprehensive vaccination programs. Its program is mandatory for nine designated diseases. Within the first three months of life, infants must be vaccinated for tuberculosis, tetanus, polio, pertussis, and Haemophilus influenza type B. Within 18 months, vaccines are required for measles, mumps, and rubella, and finally, before a child starts school, the child must be vaccinated for hepatitis B.” (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
The only exception Slovenia allows for avoidance is a medical exemption. They don’t allow applications for reasons of religion or conscience. The only concession they make is a generous no-fault compensation program for those injured by the vaccines. Canada and Russia are the only G8 nations that don’t have such compensation programs. Other countries, such as Australia, offer financial incentives to boost compliance rates. While vaccines aren’t compulsory there, parents do receive nontaxable payments for having children meet immunization requirements. Plus, with nationalized health care, the vaccines are free. Some nations, such as Latvia, have limited mandatory vaccination policies for state institutions and vaccination providers, not yet for the public. They do offer free vaccines, paid for by the state. They call this mandatory, but it is not enforced yet. Latvia does require health care providers to obtain the signatures of those who decline vaccination. Belgium has had a mandatory vaccination policy for polio since 1967. And it has a 99% compliance rate. In other words, the vast majority of people have no religious, conscience, or medical problem with vaccines. But all of this is just the beginning.
C. VACINATIONS ALREADY BECOMING MANDATORY IN AMERICA
In an overt act of medical tyranny, California became the first state in the US to remove religious exemptions for those opposing vaccines for their children. After the Disneyland measles outbreak in 2014, the state enacted the strictest vaccination law in the country. Other states will likely follow. In June 2015, Gov. Jerry Brown signed SB277 into law. The law mandates that a child be injected with a long list of vaccinations for 10 different illnesses (most vaccines require more
than one shot for each illness). If they don’t get these shots, a child will not be able to attend public or private school. The law does not give the parents any rights in this matter. The California politicians don’t believe that parents and doctors should be making medical decisions for children. Politicians should.
If a parent doesn’t inject their child, they will have to homeschool or move out of the state. (And it is only a matter of time until they target homeschoolers). The law doesn’t give any recourse to doctors or parents. If a doctor doesn’t approve of all the vaccinations being foisted on our kids or knows that a vaccination is contraindicated in a particular child, they still have to offer the vaccine. Those who support SB277 say the law allows doctors to grant vaccination exceptions to certain children who have medical contraindications, but that’s not how it works. Doctors in California who do write for exemptions are routinely threatened and persecuted. As a result, only a handful are willing to take the risk. Since California usually leads the rest of the country, we’ll likely see a national mandate within three to five years.
1. DOCTORS AND DRUG COMPANIES PROTECTED – In 1986, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act at the behest of drug companies faced with mounting lawsuits. The law protects doctors and vaccine manufacturers from liability for injuries caused by vaccines. The law prevents parents from suing doctors or vaccine manufacturers if their child dies or suffers a disability due to a vaccine. Stripped of the legal recourse afforded to other medical procedures, parents must instead go through a lengthy and complicated application process for compensation and apply within the two to three year statute of limitations. Two out of three claims are denied, and many times parents do not know this option is available. Additionally, doctors are not held accountable for failure to fully disclose possible vaccine risks or for failure to report adverse events following vaccination.
Since 1988, the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has awarded $3.2 billion in compensation to families who have met the extremely stringent injury requirements. How many of these and other families could have avoided the pain of seeing their child injured if doctors were held responsible for their recommendations and were incentivized to give patients all of the information about the risks of vaccines?
2. $100 BILLION PER YEAR – WITH NO FEAR OF LIABILITY – Compare that $3.2 billion to the actual size of the vaccine industry. Currently, there’s a $30 billion per year global vaccine market. Within ten years or so, that number will balloon to $100 billion or more. And there’s very little downside for the drug companies. Litigation from damages caused by their drugs is one of their biggest expenses. However, with vaccines, the drug companies are completely shielded from product liability. That’s because Congress and the US Supreme Court said vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe,” as they proclaimed in their decisions. With manufacturers rushing to develop genetically engineered vaccines for every illness or potential illness under the sun, mistakes will be (are being) made. But the government doesn’t want this rush to develop vaccines to hurt the income potential or slow the money machine. So you have no ability to sue the manufacturer for the damage their product does to you or your child.
3. ADULTS ARE NEXT FOR MANDATORY VACCINES – As you may know, healthcare workers are now required to get the flu shot every year. This is just the first step in mandating shots for every adult in the US and the world. The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) is a non-profit organization that started in 2000. It began with a $750 million pledge from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. This foundation has given over $7 billion to this organization to date. GAVI’s purpose is to bring together partnerships between governments and private companies. This includes the UN and UNICEF, the World Bank, the World Health Organization, 60+ governments, the vaccine industry, non-government organizations, and private donors. Their goal is to vaccinate the world. To do this, they created The Decade of Vaccines 2010-2020. On a global basis, they developed The Global Vaccine Action Plan. In the US, they created The National Vaccine Plan, which they worked into the Affordable Care Act. And they also included The National Adult Vaccination Plan.
4. THE PLAN TO VACCINATE EVERY PERSON ON THE PLANET – The Global Vaccine Action Plan had as its core tenet to vaccinate every person in the world. In fact, the drug companies want vaccines to be the cornerstone of every country’s health system (and their guarantee of hundreds of billions in annual profits). More ominous is the fact that they want to integrate surveillance into the system so no one is missed. This plan is intended to vaccinate every man, woman, and child in the world. But the plan sounded too much like it was only for children. So GAVI developed The National Adult Vaccination Plan. This is a five-year strategy to vaccinate all adults with “any vaccine that is approved now and in the future.” The plan consists of four primary goals:
a. Strengthen Adult Vaccine Infrastructure – This includes collecting data for all recommended vaccines. With current data collection techniques, there’s little they won’t know about you. Everything you say to your doctor will be recorded, collected, and added to their database, known as the Immuni- zation Information System or ISS. This database combines vaccine information from all available sources, including physician offices, workplaces, schools, and pharmacies into a single record. In other words, your medical file will have vaccines as its basis. Without up-to-date vaccine records, you won’t be able to travel or go to work, school, day care, or camp. You won’t even be able to work in your church nursery without getting all the vaccines. The ISS system will essentially act as your national ID.
b. Improve Adult Access to Vaccines – This simply means your doctor is not only a vaccine salesman, but a vaccine enforcer. That’s because they are paid $400 for each completed childhood
vaccination record by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Adults will be next. The first thing a doctor will ask is whether or not you’re up-to-date on your vaccines. If you answer no, they probably won’t treat you unless you agree to the vaccines. Many pediatricians won’t see your kids if you are anti-vaccine. (This happened after one of this writer’s children had a severe reaction to a vaccination and we refused any more shots. The doctor refused to see us again.) This will be the case for most doctors in the next few years. It’s all about dollar signs. Why would the doctor spend time with you if you’re not going to help them make more money? There’s no reason to do so. And every vaccine – or refusal – will be recorded because they will be paid to record your actions.
c. Encourage Adults to Request and Demand Vaccines – This included simplifying access and increase financial payments to physicians through Medicare. This, obviously, is all about indoctrination. The plan calls for more education, and it will include standing orders, reminder calls, and reminder mailings.
d. Foster Innovation For More Adult Vaccines – More vaccines means more control and more money. Within five to six years we’ll likely see a mandate for adults to take a whole list of vaccinations annually.
D. CALIFORNIA FIRST STATE TO MANDATE ADULT VACCINES – CRIMINAL PENALTIES FOR THOSE WHO REFUSE
After passing SB277, legislators in California became determined to pass the “first US adult vaccine mandate with NO personal exemptions and CRIMINAL penalties for failure to comply.” The new law, SB792, is a companion law to SB277. Governor Brown signed SB792 into law on October 11, 2015. This was the first law in the nation to mandate adult vaccines in order for private businesses to secure a business license outside of the healthcare and first responder profession. This law eliminates an adult’s right to exempt themselves from any or all vaccines. In fact, it’s the first law in the US with NO personal exemptions.
The only exemptions it allows are medical – and these have to be approved by a doctor and fit within the definitions in the bill. What’s more, there are CRIMINAL penalties for failure to comply.
The bill focuses on all childcare workers. This includes all workers (teachers, aids, administrators, volunteers, etc.) at private and public school, early childhood education programs (Head Start, private pre-K, and preschools), family daycares, and daycare centers. In addition to mandating the annual flu shot between August 1 and December 1 each year, workers also must have shots against influenza, pertussis, and measles. What’s more, the new law prohibits a day care center or a family day care home from employing any person who has not been immunized accordingly. So avoiding the vaccines means you can’t work with children – and you could be charged with a crime if you do.
E. GOVERNMENT FIGHT OPENS THE DOOR FOR ADULT MANDATES
While lawsuits are being filed and heard, there’s little hope that the courts will help the people in this case. The Supreme Court opened the door to California’s law back in 1990. Prior to 1990, mandate laws that didn’t provide for religious exemptions had to meet the compelling state interest test. But in 1990, the Supreme Court lowered the bar for states to prevail. In its decision in Employment Div., Dept. of Human Resources of Oregon v. Smith, the Supreme Court rejected the compelling interest test. It established a new standard that says “the right of free exercise does not relieve an individual of the obligation to comply with a ‘valid and neutral law of general applicability on the ground that the law proscribes (or prescribes) conduct that his religion prescribes (or proscribes).’” (494 US at 879, 110 S.Ct. at 1600)
Congress attempted to legislatively override the ruling in Smith by enacting the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA). This reestablished the compelling interest test. But the Supreme Court wasn’t going to be outdone by Congress. In City of Boerne v. Flores, it struck down RFRA, stating that Congress had exceeded its constitutional authority. So the Smith standard is the current law. That means there’s no First Amendment free exercise right to an exemption from mandatory vaccination requirements.
F. IS THIS THE REAL REASON OUR GOVERNMENT HATES PRESIDENT TRUMP?
Prior to becoming president, Donald Trump was vocal about his opposition to vaccines. When you realize how many departments of our government are in on this vaccination mandate plan, you begin to see another reason why they hate Trump. It’s no surprise that the CDC, the FDA, HHS, and VA are behind the vaccination plan. They all have direct business in healthcare. But when you realize the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Office of Global Affairs, the media, and the entire insurance industry are all directly involved in this plan, you see why Trump has so many enemies. Just about every congressman in the House and Senate has taken money from the drug companies, insurance companies, or some other company directly related to vaccines.

This database combines vaccine information from all available sources, including physician offices, workplaces, schools, and pharmacies into a single record. In other words, your medical file will have vaccines as its basis. Without up-to-date vaccine records, you won’t be able to travel or go to work, school, day care, or camp. You won’t even be able to work in your church nursery without getting all the vaccines. The ISS system will essentially act as your national ID.
b. Improve Adult Access to Vaccines – This simply means your doctor is not only a vaccine salesman, but a vaccine enforcer. That’s because they are paid $400 for each completed childhood
vaccination record by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Adults will be next. The first thing a doctor will ask is whether or not you’re up-to-date on your vaccines. If you answer no, they probably won’t treat you unless you agree to the vaccines. Many pediatricians won’t see your kids if you are anti-vaccine. (This happened after one of this writer’s children had a severe reaction to a vaccination and we refused any more shots. The doctor refused to see us again.) This will be the case for most doctors in the next few years. It’s all about dollar signs. Why would the doctor spend time with you if you’re not going to help them make more money? There’s no reason to do so. And every vaccine – or refusal – will be recorded because they will be paid to record your actions.
c. Encourage Adults to Request and Demand Vaccines – This included simplifying access and increase financial payments to physicians through Medicare. This, obviously, is all about indoctrination. The plan calls for more education, and it will include standing orders, reminder calls, and reminder mailings.
d. Foster Innovation For More Adult Vaccines – More vaccines means more control and more money. Within five to six years we’ll likely see a mandate for adults to take a whole list of vaccinations annually.
D. CALIFORNIA FIRST STATE TO MANDATE ADULT VACCINES – CRIMINAL PENALTIES FOR THOSE WHO REFUSE
After passing SB277, legislators in California became determined to pass the “first US adult vaccine mandate with NO personal exemptions and CRIMINAL penalties for failure to comply.” The new law, SB792, is a companion law to SB277. Governor Brown signed SB792 into law on October 11, 2015. This was the first law in the nation to mandate adult vaccines in order for private businesses to secure a business license outside of the healthcare and first responder profession. This law eliminates an adult’s right to exempt themselves from any or all vaccines. In fact, it’s the first law in the US with NO personal exemptions.
The only exemptions it allows are medical – and these have to be approved by a doctor and fit within the definitions in the bill. What’s more, there are CRIMINAL penalties for failure to comply.
The bill focuses on all childcare workers. This includes all workers (teachers, aids, administrators, volunteers, etc.) at private and public school, early childhood education programs (Head Start, private pre-K, and preschools), family daycares, and daycare centers. In addition to mandating the annual flu shot between August 1 and December 1 each year, workers also must have shots against influenza, pertussis, and measles. What’s more, the new law prohibits a day care center or a family day care home from employing any person who has not been immunized accordingly. So avoiding the vaccines means you can’t work with children – and you could be charged with a crime if you do.
E. GOVERNMENT FIGHT OPENS THE DOOR FOR ADULT MANDATES
While lawsuits are being filed and heard, there’s little hope that the courts will help the people in this case. The Supreme Court opened the door to California’s law back in 1990. Prior to 1990, mandate laws that didn’t provide for religious exemptions had to meet the compelling state interest test. But in 1990, the Supreme Court lowered the bar for states to prevail. In its decision in Employment Div., Dept. of Human Resources of Oregon v. Smith, the Supreme Court rejected the compelling interest test. It established a new standard that says “the right of free exercise does not relieve an individual of the obligation to comply with a ‘valid and neutral law of general applicability on the ground that the law proscribes (or prescribes) conduct that his religion prescribes (or proscribes).’” (494 US at 879, 110 S.Ct. at 1600)
Congress attempted to legislatively override the ruling in Smith by enacting the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA). This reestablished the compelling interest test. But the Supreme Court wasn’t going to be outdone by Congress. In City of Boerne v. Flores, it struck down RFRA, stating that Congress had exceeded its constitutional authority. So the Smith standard is the current law. That means there’s no First Amendment free exercise right to an exemption from mandatory vaccination requirements.
F. IS THIS THE REAL REASON OUR GOVERNMENT HATES PRESIDENT TRUMP?
Prior to becoming president, Donald Trump was vocal about his opposition to vaccines. When you realize how many departments of our government are in on this vaccination mandate plan, you begin to see another reason why they hate Trump. It’s no surprise that the CDC, the FDA, HHS, and VA are behind the vaccination plan. They all have direct business in healthcare. But when you realize the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Office of Global Affairs, the media, and the entire insurance industry are all directly involved in this plan, you see why Trump has so many enemies. Just about every congressman in the House and Senate has taken money from the drug companies, insurance companies, or some other company directly related to vaccines.
