The FISA Court was developed in 1978 in-order to wiretap foreign spies inside and outside the United States. The FBI is the main source for gaining a wiretap warrant from the secret court that has now become the focus of illegal actions by the FBI to spy on a political rival, based-on a fake Russian Dossier, created solely and paid for by Hillary Clinton.
Edward Snowden, now in exile in Russia, exposed the abuses by NSA to collect mega-data of every person in the United States with the help of Verizon and later Google.
DNI Director James Clapper lied to congress that NSA "does not spy on Americans without a FISA Warrant" and because of Snowden's revelations, "National Security is at stake, hampering the NSA to (basically) do their job" (to violate every aspect of why we have the 4th amendment.)
To the amazement of most Americans, we learned that everything we do is being monitored, while others welcome mass surveillance because "it keeps us safe from terrorist acts," another fallacy of National Security perpetuated by the Bush "Patriot Act" written and ready to go before 9/11.
To date....the NSA and their mega complex in Utah with extremely powerful computers have NOT stopped any terrorist acts in America, such as the Las Vegas Massacre, the story line being, a lone shooter "slipped through the maze," like all others that just don't seem to show-up on NSA's radar ! However....try running for a high level political position and because the controlling political party hates you, then all of a sudden, the NSA has the whole shebang for your opponent to (1) leak to the press and (2) create a mosaic of whatever your opponent wants to create and use it to destroy your political run for office.
What is never mentioned is the fact, NSA helps local law enforcement, DEA and FBI with parallel surveillance (no FISA warrant) by monitoring a suspect, providing intel to the investigative team in law enforcement, and then uses that intel for the arrest, BUT.....in court, NSA is the silent partner and intel provided by NSA is written-off as just good police work.
The FISA Court has finally become the pariah of the justice system with carelessness that must be contained and revised. We are NOT hearing any of the FISA judges coming forward to defend their own complacent actions, or the actions of FBI Comey to gain a "bought and paid for warrant" by Hillary Clinton to spy on Trump and his team.
The spying on Americans with or without a warrant tops anything the Soviet Union's KGB ever did when their own citizens were targets. The NSA and FISA are politically motivated for the purpose of controlling rigged elections and assuring the "Shadow Government" and the "Deep State" the power and control they want for an agenda, be it future war posturing, economic world control, world domination, secret budgets for nefarious activities, and to protect politicians that support those activities.
"From its opening in 1978 until 2009, the FISA court was housed on the sixth floor of the Robert F. Kennedy Department of Justice Building.[3][4] Since 2009, the court has been relocated to the E. Barrett Prettyman United States Courthouse in Washington, D.C.[3][4]
In 2013, a top-secret order issued by the court, which was later leaked to the media from documents culled by Edward Snowden, required a subsidiary of Verizon to provide a daily, on-going feed of all call detail records—including those for domestic calls—to the NSA.
As Michael Savage recently stated in a question, "are we seeing the beginning of Civil War II?" No cannons, no citizens fighting to the death on some farm land, but an wakened nation fighting to expose the tyranny created by 4 of that last living presidents with President Trump leading the fight as the new General George Washington of our time.
However....make no mistake, the citizens of this nation are well armed and ready if and when Obama, Hillary and Eric Holder unleash ANTIFA, Black Lives Matter, La Raza, Le MECha, Reconquista de Atzlan brigades and MS-13 gangs on a killing spree, if (and when) the "Deep State" and all the rogue criminals at the highest levels begin to see justice descending on their heads soon.
President Trump has the authority and obligation to shutdown the NSA and the CIA, plus remove all Obama appointed FISA judges, or at the very least...revise their authority by limiting their actions based-on Constitutional Law.
