The War For Our Mind & Soul Continues

Subject: Your Morning Intelligence Brief (September 6th, 2017)

Ed Note: DACA protestors are out in force and because their lives are now hanging by a thread....facing deportation, their tone and rhetoric has changed overnight. There are little to no anti-Trump signs, no hate signs, no Mexican flags, no Communist flags, and speakers are speaking English.

Amazing how THEY all of a sudden realize the American people hold their future (in America) as a sensitive matter that requires THEM to not "act out" their anger...encouraged by a failed Democrat Party. What we are seeing at these protests are Democrat politicians stirring-up hatred against Trump when the reality of what Trump is doing is declaring Obama's action(s) to create immigration law an illegal stunt that was doomed to fail...when it is up to Congress to create laws.

Interesting enough....both sides of the aisle must NOW come together within the next 6 months and decide a new law on an immigration program to determine who stays and who goes.  However, President Trump has now said, he will have to act if Congress cannot. By Congress not acting, their fate in 2018 mid-term elections will be hanging by a thread.

If DACA protestors (and politicians) begin pulling-out the Mexican flags, displaying hate signs, and shouting "viva La Raza," then their actions will continue to place them and those that deserve to stay in America, (military, doctors, nurses, business owners, etc) in limbo and the American people will demand all to be deported. Now is the time for recent entries to "assimilate" and not listen to the hate mongers of the Democrat Party.

White House rescinding 'unconstitutional' DACA program
Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced Tuesday that a program that allows young undocumented immigrants to stay in the U.S. "is being rescinded," placing the future of hundreds of thousands of people who have spent the majority of their lives in the country in the hands of Congress.
Hours earlier, Trump heavily implied that would be the course he would take on the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, confirming weekend reports with a tweet saying "Congress, get ready to do your job - DACA!"

NPR -- September 5, 2017Trump Ends DACA, Calls On Congress To Act    
The Trump administration Tuesday formally announced it will end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program --- also called DACA --- putting an expiration date on the legal protections granted to roughly 800,000 people known as "DREAMers," who entered the country illegally as children.
                   
Homeland Security Acting Secretary Elaine Duke said the administration, facing legal challenges to the program, "chose the least disruptive option," letting the program wind down in six months, and placing the onus on a sharply divided Congress to enact former President Barack Obama's executive action into law.
                   
In a statement, Duke said the administration's decision to terminate DACA "was not taken lightly. The Department of Justice has carefully evaluated the program's constitutionality and determined it conflicts with our existing immigration laws."
                   
Announcing the decision Tuesday morning, Attorney General Jeff Session said, "Such an open-ended circumvention of immigration laws was an unconstitutional exercise of authority by the Executive Branch.”
    
Duke said no current beneficiaries will be affected before March 5 of next year. But she said, "No new initial requests or associated applications filed after today will be acted on."
                   
Trump signaled the decision earlier on Tuesday, tweeting, "Congress, get ready to do your job - DACA.
