Bertrand Daily Report 
The War For Our Mind & Soul Continues

Subject: Your Morning Intelligence Brief (September 5th, 2017)

Ed Note:  The Atlantic article (2013) featured below attempts to put the dots together as to how North Korea developed their uranium and plutonium enrichment program for the purpose of creating nuclear weapons. North Korea has been working over-time to develop nuclear warheads for decades and the countries that help(ed) to make that possible are numerous. The "Export Control Regime" that funneled various sensitive items to the communist regime appears to be China. Russia is not an innocent bystander.

Like a Colombian cartel drug smuggling operation, the many sensitive items were included with hundreds of other menial orders and from early as 1970, those sensitive items were difficult to parcel out from the other orders. By using many (non-threatening) countries, North Korea developed a complex and complicated network for the acquisition of sensitive materials.

Fast forward to what is happening right now and the Trump Administration threatening ALL COUNTRIES that export to North Korea with "Global Sanctions" on those suspected countries for doing business with North Korea, the entire mess comes directly on the head of China, which is the transfer country of anything and everything being imported around the world to North Korea. Russia is NOT an innocent bystander....

Global sanctions alone pose a grave danger for what can trigger WWIII. That could easily be the reason why both China and Russia are telling Trump to back-off and that if Trump proceeds with an attack on North Korea, a "catastrophic event" may follow.

These latest events have (obviously) been considered by the Trump Administration since ICBM Minuteman III silos in Montana, Wyoming and North Dakota have recently been re-armed and placed back into service.

North Korea has always been the "iron shield" and the "crazy bad boy" for China and the former Soviet Union to deter what we are experiencing right now...a war with the United States. Now that Munchkin-Un is spreading his ego wings, the question remains if the dictator is just a puppet for China, or he has lost his mind and very suicidal.(?)

Regardless of what China or Russia suggest as containment or diplomacy, of which neither country is actually doing anything while continuing to provide North Korea with trade, President Trump and his generals will have to act sooner or later, and bible prophecy (WWIII) could begin within months or weeks. I see no escaping the inevitable and no amount of money, scotch, or Cuban Cigars will appease the dictator. If Trump does nothing, we could easily see a nuclear / EMP attack on our soil. If Trump initiated "Global Sanctions" the missile(s) will still launch from North Korea. What is motivating Munchkin-Un is the big question.... 

The bigger picture is not a small country threatening the United States with nuclear weapons, but a well planned attempt by the globalist thugs to wager WWIII in-hopes of taking down the last hold-out in the New World Order plans....America.

How North Korea Built Its Nuclear Program

When the Cold War came to an end...North Korea reacted to what it perceived were existential threats, from the United States, from the South Koreans and elsewhere. They eventually left the NPT, but by then they had been in the business of doing nuclear research for 30 or 40 years. So they had this equipment, they had this technology and then they started using it for nuclear weapons purposes. After all, these are techniques which could be used for the most part for both peaceful use and non-peaceful use...

North Korea is continuing to procure equipment. Part of it is politically tolerated. It's not a secret that China is a source for a huge amount of dual-use items that get into the country. These are things you can use to make bicycles with that you can also use to make centrifuge equipment or nuclear-weapons parts. If you talk to people around the UN in New York and in Vienna who have been watching this activity with a certain amount of trepidation over the last 10 to 15 years, you will hear that the Chinese are not really engaging with them to try to interdict it.

We know the reasons why China tolerates North Korea. But in the longer term it's not really going to be in China's interest to have a country on their border which in 10 or 15 years might have advanced nuclear fission and thermonuclear weapons...

About six months ago I was in a UN agency and I saw a North Korean watch list. And the watch list was very instructive. You looked at it, and you could see where it was believed the North Koreans were trying to finance and ship [nuclear components] from. The watch list had three ports in the UAE. Malaysia was on it. Cayman Islands. Cyprus, Lichtenstein, Greece, Taiwan, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Turkey, Mauritania, Thailand, Singapore. The North Koreans are all over the world, trying to figure out ways to fool export controllers, and export controllers are trying to stay a step ahead of them...

Hurricane Irma Projected To Reach Category 5 And Hit The East Coast – Panic Prepping Begins In Florida

On Monday, Hurricane Irma strengthened into a category 4 hurricane, and some meteorologists are projecting that it will eventually become a category 5 storm before it eventually makes landfall in the United States. And since a “category 6” has not been created yet, category 5 is as high as the scale goes at the moment. Over the past couple of days, the track of the storm has shifted “a lot further to the west”, and at this point it appears that Miami is the most likely to take the full force of the hurricane. But as we have seen, trying to forecast the behavior of hurricanes is not an exact science. Irma may never become a category 5 storm, and it may never hit the U.S. at all. Or it may zip past Florida to the south and end up making landfall in the Gulf of Mexico. The truth is that we just don’t know.
