Wow....where do we begin?

President Trump is like a tornado hitting everything in his path...the path that we voted him for, but the backlash has considerable liabilities that will devastate many, while WE THE PEOPLE are finding ourselves preparing for some sacrifices many didn't expect.

Following the election, Trump supporters thought it was time to just kick-back, have a beer, and watch the Democrat Socialist Party squirm in their own cesspool. Well yes they are, but the pushback is not going to be an easy road for anyone !

Trump is a refined business man and he is now running the largest corporation, The United States of America Inc. (Delaware Corporation), a major controversy by the "Sovereign Citizen" movement, which only adds to the problem we face.

No...you can't drive your unregistered car on (our) streets we pay registration and tax fees to maintain, including the street lights and traffic lights, but YES...you can drive your unregistered car on your own property all day long. Property taxes help keep a county in operation and I agree...you should NOT lose your home because you cannot pay the property tax, but like a corporation, there has to be structured discipline from those we elect.

We elected a CEO/President to organize the company, The United States of America, Inc. and we are paid employees via corporations under U.S. corporate laws. Those of us retired receive retirement benefits from Social Security or corporate retirement funds/pensions. What's wrong with that??

Over the last few decades...the "corporation" was being ran by socialist communists and RINO's, while the employee...you and me, were those employees in similar corporations that felt as though we were the enemy...and we were, until we changed the CEO of whom has all his employees in-mind, working towards a better corporation that serves everyone, including overseas corporations and at the same time, guaranteeing good health insurance, better pay, and freedoms recognized and adhered to by the Constitution (the employee's contract).

No different than when United Airlines was taken-over by the employees, as share partners....finally having a say in everyday operations. United Airlines is still around while many great airlines fell into the pit of non-existence because of poor management.

Management of a corporation can be a dictator while an employee can quit anytime...same as the "employee/citizen" of the United States.

You can either accept what the new CEO is doing, or you can leave the country to another corporate country (usually under socialism) or you can go hide in a redoubt and avoid using tax payer roads and services, thus...living like a United Airlines former employee living in his unregistered car without a United Airlines parking sticker.... in the employee's parking lot. Eventually...you get nailed.

Many in the "Sovereign" movement have legitimate concerns......

One major concern are the corrupt judges that administer unjust administrative rules on citizens from time to time. "Principled Adjudication" is always a voluntary inquisition that (citizens) of America or the United States get themselves into by slick rules that cause administrative compliance unknowingly.

Similar to the "Traffic Light Camera" scam of which there is no legal compliance by federal or state law for you to pay the fine, unless you carelessly call them to identify yourself and complain, or send them a note about your case. Once you open that door...you are legally bound and without Due Process...because you have entered the world of the Administrative Court. No different than when you (as a United employee) violate a company rule. You can either quit right there and then, or face company management. 

The problem presents itself when the Federal or State Government decides to make an administrative RULE a state or federal Law.

Accordingly..."Due Process" kicks-in as a protective measure for the citizen to be judged by their peers, but another problem enters the scene.....judges wanting a jury to follow THEIR rules-of-engagement. That's why "Jury Nullification" came into effect in-order to train potential jurors (everyone) of what to watch-out for when the jury selection process begins.

If you answer "yes" every time the judge or attorney asks you,  "will you follow the judge's orders and/or state laws as written, without considering the case as a whole, including forensic analysis, statements and circumstances," you will likely stay on the jury. However, if you say no..."I want to hear the case and then decide my conscience," you will be dismissed. That is the core problem in America...judges wanting to force your decision on any particular case before it actually starts.

Hint....answer their questions the way they want you to answer them and do your best to be fair to the parties concerned. Most judges in America do not like "hold-outs" and they are dealt with in a harsh manner by the judge and the other jurors (because they want to go home, or the judge and prosecutor are prejudice to the defendent).

It's a growing problem in America and can easily lead to Tribunals of fulltime / dedicated and trained jurors, much like a military tribunal, or a corporate United Airlines employee relations conference to fire your ass !

But just as there are recourse solutions for the defendant in a court case or the United Airlines employee being fired, there are established solutions for having your case heard again at a later date. And if you win the case, your are set free, and for the United Employee, he either keeps his job or is paid unemployment benefits for being wrongly dismissed. And yes....your case or actions as an employee will follow you for years.

Therefore....what is so different about being a citizen of America under the rules and laws of the corporation, The United States of America, Inc. versus being a paid employee of United Airlines as a stockholder employee?

Being a citizen of America and not a citizen of the United States (10 square mile area) is the disputed federal tax issue....

With Trump....our new CEO, he is making dramatic changes to the corporation that for many decades has been oppressive to the employees (citizens) that had no say about anything the corporate government was doing.

Half this country voted for him because the last several (CEO's) were destroying the corporation, using money like it was theirs, creating wars, false flags, and did nothing for the (employees) citizens of America. While the corporation was in a failing state of affairs, those that rebelled are still rebelling and no matter what this president does, the sore losers will continue to fight the government...including, going after those of us that support this government. Yes....the shoe is on the other foot, but the contrasting difference is the CEO.

The Constitution was drafted by the Founding Fathers with you...the employee in mind....

A structured and effective government is WE THE PEOPLE that (ourselves) have elected (other) people to run the country with rules and regulations that are very common in a corporate world !

We are no longer in the horse and buggy days when you could head west, set-up fencing and a mud hut and declare it as your land under "Homesteading," which the corporate United States allowed the citizens of the 1800's to do. Population grew, air traffic expanded around the world, trade became common place in America, people became divided on issues, laws increased, crime is now over -the-top, open borders is allowing an invasion beyond our capabilities....and we still have pushback from our own citizens over issues that are making it difficult for President Trump to hurdle.

In 2017 we have to find common ground and we ourselves must pushback at those wishing to take-over this country to run it for themselves....and we certainly have seen how well that went.

None of us can efficiently walk into the office of the management/owners of Wal*Mart....fire everyone, re-write rules and regulations for existing employees, create new alliances with producers, and in less than a month, turn the company around in-order to re-direct trade with China and Mexico while appeasing farmers in America.

Trump knows that trade wars with China and Mexico is going to cost you and me more money for products we have been accustomed to for many years. Trump knows that millions of families will be affected, and millions will push-back due to complacency, wanting the old regimes to come-back (as Hillary is planning to do). People will bitch about paying "$2.49lb for Mexican tomatoes instead of the current $1.99/lb," and at the same time would sacrifice our safety (for all) with an open border over more expensive tomatoes.

The time for action is now...and sitting back and having a beer, hoping the new CEO can do it on his own....is bullshit !

United Airline employee/share holders got right to the job, fixing the airline that was going down fast. We ALL have a part in this new government, elected by way of a soft revolution we fought so hard for, and sacrifice (in any shape or form) is here to stay for at least the next two years.

We certainly will not stand for a "Dictatorship" as we just witnessed with Obama...running a failing corporation without any experience, and we certainly will not allow others to force Trump into making bad decisions ! Not to say he won't...but the end results will tell the entire story behind his current actions being demonized at every turn.

President Trump is the man for the job and we elected him for that job...good or bad, allow him to make hard decisions. It will not be an easy 4 years....and might be more difficult than what we had to deal with over the last 8 years.

Prepping and survival is STILL the most important thing that we must continue to achieve. If you can't afford $2.49/lb tomatoes from Wal*Mart, then grow your own ! Stop bitching !
