This paper is long and academic in tone but it boils down to the fact that Russia haters in Europe delayed stopping Hitler because they were hoping he would stop Russia. We all know how that worked out. It is starting up again. So will Trump put an end to the absurdity?
Hard to say. He has named several Russophobic Neocons to his cabinet. I won't make excuses for him.
