The US Air Force plasma bombing of the atmosphere could be a HAARP project
Friends and Associates:
The
government's plan to burst plasma in the ionosphere to "enhance
communications" could be a false flag attempt to enhance, not only
communications, but HAARP weather modification technology.
The
ONLY frequency range on the radio spectrum that bounces the signal off
the ionosphere is Low (LF) and High Frequency (HF) transmissions in the
very low kilohertz/megahertz range between 100 KHz and ~50 MHz. Below
30 MHz is often referred to as shortwave communications (Amplitude
Modulation AM) used as a means to send a signal around the world under
ideal conditions. The transmitting station, be it an aircraft or ground
station, transmits the signal that bounces off the ground and off the
ionosphere...referred to as the leap frog effect.
Not efficient in close range communications and certainly not into space....
For
clear (static free) communications by military, aviation and law
enforcement, the frequency range (Frequency Modulated FM) is from
approximately 118 MHz to 137 MHz for aviation, ~225 MHz to ~400 MHz for
military aviation, ~150 MHz to ~860 MHz for law enforcement and up to
6,000 MHz (and higher) for satellite / military communications. These
are very high frequencies (VHF) to Ultra High Frequencies (UHF) and
Super High and Extremely High Frequencies accordingly. Cellphones and
WiFi are mostly in the 820 MHz and 1500 MHz range.
Note:
All frequencies above ~108 MHz are generally line of sight and do not
bounce off the ionosphere. Satellite communications are used to
communicate around the world with clarity as opposed to LF & HF that
wavers with static from electrical interference including storms. HF is
the last option and very primitive for government use except for HAARP,
however....LF and HF is used by the military to keep system use active
in the event of failures.
Therefore.....why the need for the Airforce to enhance the ionosphere with plasma bursts?
Yes...the
military uses HF as a backup to transmit data to other stations, but
they also use satellite communications. The question is then
raised....what do they expect to happen as the reason for requiring the
need to enhance shortwave (HF) communications?
If
China (or Russia) began blowing up satellites in space, then HF
communications and line of sight VHF would be back as the primary mode
of operations. To communicate with bases around the world, HF would be
the source, but is (also) easily intercepted, even though HF encrypted
scrambling is used.
As for
the High Altitude Active Aurora Research Project (HAARP) in Alaska, the
plan to bomb the atmosphere with plasma would definitely enhance the
capabilities of HAARP. Weather modification by heating-up the ionosphere
with (pointed) microwave strength (HF) frequencies at a designated
point in the sky, of which the power signal bounces off the ionosphere,
to the ground, and back up to the ionosphere and so on is how the
theory works. Computers at HAARP select the trajectory and azimuth
point in the (nearby) sky in-order for the dish array directed signal
to leap frog to the desired coordinates thousands of miles away.
To
stop that highly generated microwave signal at a designated point
(let's say over Louisiana)....an opposing (one or two) HAARP stations
(Puerto Rico and/or Norway) send a powerful strength signal on an HF
frequency, directing that signal at a point in the sky, which leap frogs
and stops at the point where HAARP is heating that weather
location....causing a weather front to change course and/or expand in
strength. (Weather reacts to temperature inversions by nature or by
man). Theoretically, if two HAARP stations were to direct their
microwave strength HF signal directly at a person...they would cook, so
imagine what happens in a weather system where hot air meets cold air
(major storms)....or where there is mostly cold air and only needs to be
tweaked.
Note: The exact
method used by HAARP is not revealed and officials adamantly deny
weather modification as part of their program.
Note:
There is also the theory that chemtrails, consisting of aluminum and
barium are used to enhance military communications. Maybe plasma bombing
will outdate chemtrail technology used to modify weather.
"HAARP
(High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a little-known, yet
critically important U.S. military defense program which has generated
quite a bit of controversy over the years in certain circles.
Though denied by HAARP officials, some respected researchers allege that
secret electromagnetic warfare capabilities of HAARP are designed to
forward the US military’s stated goal
of achieving full-spectrum dominance by the year 2020. Others go so far
as to claim that HAARP can and has been used for weather modification,
to cause earthquakes and tsunamis, to disrupt global communications
systems, and more."
"Ground-based
radio signals are limited by the curvature of Earth’s surface, and
those travelling more than about 44 miles are typically stopped if they
aren’t given a boost, according to New Scientist."

The US Air Force reveals radical plan to 'bomb the sky' to improve radio reception
Source: Daily Mail
A
fleet of tiny satellites could one day be used to detonate plasma bombs
in Earth’s upper atmosphere to improve the range of radio
communications.
The US Air
Force has granted contracts to three research teams to develop the
technology needed to do this, with hopes that CubeSats could carry
massive amounts of ionized gas to the ionosphere to create
radio-reflecting plasma.
The ionosphere begins
roughly 40 miles above the surface and becomes denser with charged
particles at night, allowing signals to travel much farther.
Ground-based
radio signals are limited by the curvature of Earth’s surface, and
those travelling more than about 44 miles are typically stopped if they
aren’t given a boost, according to New Scientist.
These
communications can be improved by bouncing the radio signals between
the ionosphere and the ground, allowing them to zigzag over greater
distances.
In one of the USAF-backed projects,
researchers with General Science and Drexel University in Pennsylvania
are working to develop a way to vaporize metal by heating it beyond its
boiling point.
This would allow it to react with atmospheric oxygen to produce radio-reflecting plasma.
