A fifth column
is any group of people who undermine a larger group such as a nation
from within. The activities of a fifth column can be overt or
clandestine, using sabotage, disinformation or espionage conducted to
undermine a government or a country by agents or sympathizers, who act traitorously and subversively out of a secret sympathy with an enemy.

Dutch 2nd Chamber by the name of Buma made an angry speech codemining the
hypocrisy of the Euro Zone, which gave Greece only 4 months to get its house in
order or lose its new loan arrangement but gave France, which also has an
illegal deficit, 2 more years, until 2017.
The BIG takeaway: this is the way of the western
political elites, namely, pretending to be tough while carrying no
stick.
