A series of tweets from candidate Donald Trump toward the Republican Party of Virginia have many wondering what’s going on.

It would appear Mr. Trump, and/or the Trump Campaign, has become aware of the RPV intentions to force Virginia voters to swear an loyalty oath (statement of intent) prior to voting in the upcoming primary.  We Provided The Leaked Documents In November
Virginia is an interesting state when it comes to the Republican Party and conservative voters.  Partly due to the vicinity to Washington DC, and party due to many of the professionally republican living in the state, the hierarchy of the political party apparatus is blue-blooded GOP establishment yet base of the voting electorate are vulgarian minded conservatives.
This historical antagonism has led to exceptionally polarized outcomes; David Brat defeating consummate GOPe Eric Cantor is the most brutally obvious recently.
Here’s the full back story, the leaked documents, the loyalty oath being demanded, and some rather interesting details into who’s-who.
To fully understand what’s going on you must remember – There is only one acceptable candidate for what people call the “establishment republicans” (abbreviated the “GOPe”), and that candidate remains Jeb Bush.
[ Senator Marco Rubio remains their “in-case-of-emergency-break-glass” candidate  but he’s not choice #1. ]
Regardless of how low his polling goes, Jeb will remain their guy. All other candidates, except Trump, are factored into the equation of control contained within the original construct of the GOPe road map.
Reince-Priebusbush seriousness
Tens of millions in advanced promotional GOPe ad-buys await the new year, the latest count was somewhere North of $70 million.  The Super-PAC’s will attempt to blitzkrieg the airwaves in January – shock and awe will meet over the top negativity.
To reference what lies ahead simply remind yourself of Mississippi 2014:  Thad Cochran (GOPe) -VS- Chris McDaniel (outsider), only this one will be worse – MUCH WORSE.
The splitter Super-PACs, currently focusing on the elimination of Donald Trump, have campaign buys extended through Christmas,. and a half million dollar campaign buy extension through the first two weeks of January.
With the rise of candidate Donald Trump the GOPe initially moderated their plan and famously required Trump to sign a GOP Pledge. However, the GOPe had a bigger problem.

What they never anticipated back in 2014 was an influx of non-traditional GOP voters to mess up the entire construct of their low support road map for Jeb.
Dropping Conservatives was considered good strategy, eliminating Republican registration – even better. Heck, solid evidence exists the GOPe were actively trying to drop Republican voter registrations and make control of the party nominee an even easier undertaking.
This approach was reflected in their July/August/September/October confidence.
However, with millions of Independents and even conservative Democrats now supporting a center-right candidacy of Trump, a large segment of the electorate are registering as Republican, or, in many cases, re-registering back as “Republicans” to support Trump’s primary race.
This massive coalition was never anticipated back in 2014 when the nomination road map for Jeb Bush was constructed.
As a consequence several states’ Republican Party Committees began changing their own rules to try and diffuse the Trump risk. Ultimately the goal is to find ways to assist Jeb Bush. North Carolina and Colorado are two previously outlined examples.
The most ‘in-your-face’ approach comes from Virginia – home of GOPe HQ, where they have now developed a “Statement of Intent” which all Republican voters will be forced to sign prior to voting in the primary.
Virginia does not require “voter registration by party”, however in an effort to dissuade the non-traditional republican voter they are forcing all voters to swear party allegiance. We can exclusively share with you the required form, along with the obtuse explanation/justification contained therein:
Justified thusly (via RPV leaked memo):
Today, our Party formally informed the State Board of Elections that the Republican Party of Virginia intends to require a Statement of Intent to be signed by voters in the March 1st Presidential Primary. This request was approved by the State Central Committee on September 19th of this year. Our Party has this option available to us by statute.
Attached you will find a copy of the proposed Statement of Intent. Previously, our opponents in the media have messaged this as a “loyalty oath” that will hinder the participation of our military and civil servants. As you will find by reading the text of the proposed Statement, the statement was specifically constructed to allow for participation by our military personnel and civil servants.
The benefits of this statement are twofold. First, this Statement provides us with a huge opportunity to collect data. As you will notice there is an optional line for email addresses. A similar process was used in the 10th Congressional District canvass in 2014, it yielded over 9,000 email addresses that instantly benefited not only our Party but also our nominee. The statement has the potential to add tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of email addresses for the Party and our nominee.
Second, while that Statement if very broadly construed, it will hopefully deter Democrats from participating in our primary process. Without party registration, preventing Democrats from voting in a state run primary is nearly impossible. Given the critical nature of the 2016 elections, it is imperative to ensure every measure is taken to ensure Republican voters select our Republican nominee and I agree.
We know that the Democrats and the media will do everything to push back on us on this issue. In 2012, the State Board of Elections claimed that printing the statements would cost the Commonwealth $250,000. To be clear this claim is ludicrous! RPV staff have looked into the situation and the cost of printing for 1 million of the Statements would be around $10,000 and distribution to cities and counties would also come in at less than $10,000.
Please email me with any questions or concerns on this issue. Thank you for your time. Also please enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday.
Sincerely,
John Findlay, Executive Director – Republican Party of Virginia
However, the brutally obvious question is “why now”? What is it about this primary race that has the GOPe so apoplectic they are requiring pledges and oaths of allegiance?
From a Virginia RPV insider/source:

[...] the goal is to effectively reduce the number of conservatives, independents, and yes democrats who will vote for a non-GOPe candidate (ie. Trump). Party faithful will gladly pledge their allegiance but the rest will stay home. Specifically the RPV is willing to piss off people who will vote republican just to ensure a GOPe candidate. RVP – HQ is a wretched hive of scum and villainy (see Cuccinelli ’13).

This is the backdrop for Mr. Trump twitter firestorm today (including):

By now we hope all would be able to spot the transparent agenda.  However, for those who are only recently waking up to what forces are behind much of this antagonism, allow us to present one of the GOP Virginia Delegates, Mr David Ramadan:rva 2 trump

Lebanese born Imad Afif Ramadan.  Yes, the person above know as “David” Ramadan is actually a Shi’ite Muslim born in Lebano
n with the birth name Imad Afif Ramadan.  In addition to being a Virginia GOPe Republican Delegate, he’s a very sketchy fellow.

See what we’re up against?

GOP primary 2
Just a Reminder, this is an insurgency. – The modern enemy of Wall Street is Main Street vulgarians. The enemy of the RNC/GOPe is not Democrats, it’s Grassroots Conservatives, more vulgarians.
The Republican Party, and the Republican media apparatus, view us as their enemy. We are the enemy they need to protect themselves from:
In 2014, the RNC approved selection rules that govern how each state’s delegates are portioned out from the primaries. Under one of the changes, states holding their primaries between March 1 and March 14 will have their delegates doled out proportionately with election results, a change that will likely stymie a movement candidate.
States that have primaries on or after March 15 will be winnertakeall states.
That’s important because another RNC rule change requires that a candidate must take a majority of delegates in eight or more states before his or her name may be presented for nomination at the 2016 Republican National Convention.
With 18 GOP presidential candidates, for now, it will be that much harder for any candidate to take a majority in any state, let alone eight. (Article July 2015)
GOP-versus-Tea-PartyNow, ask yourself, why would the RNC want to “stymie a movement candidate“? Who exactly does that benefit? Obviously, the “non-movement” candidate, ie “the turtle“.
Isn’t the entire reason for campaigning in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina etc. to make a movement/momentum?
In addition Rule #40 changed in 2014 from previously five needed state wins, to a newer threshold of eight (8):
Officially, it’s Rule 40 in the RNC handbook and it states that any candidate for president “shall demonstrate the support of a majority of the delegates from each of eight (8) or more states” before their name is presented for nomination at the national convention. (article March 2014)
Again, ask yourself who does this benefit? A candidate can win seven states outright, and still not have their name presented for nomination?
These rules were made/affirmed in 2014 – Who or what exactly was the GOP concerned about blocking in 2016 that would necessitate such rules? When combined with other rule changes you can clearly identify a consolidation of power within the RNC apparatus intentionally constructed to stop the candidate of the GRASSROOTS from achieving victory.

It’s all part of their GOPe Roadmap.
