UNIONS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMMIT VIOLENCE - JUDICIAL PROTECTION MUST END!

See the video the Union Bosses DO NOT want you to see. Viewer discretion is advised.

Conservatives,

When independent workers refuse to toe the union line, they often lose more than their jobs.

Sometimes they even lose their lives.

For decades, union thugs have beaten, maimed and even killed to extort forced-union dues contracts that compel more workers to pay union dues.

The worst part is, because of the 1973 Supreme Court Enmons decision, union officials are exempt from federal prosecution -- as long as the campaign of violence they incite is in the name of so-called “legitimate union objectives.”

The good news is, because Enmons is a matter of statutory rather than constitutional interpretation, Congress has the power to end this outrage.

Click here to see the breaking video.

After you watch, please sign your petition to your U.S. Senators and Representative, urging them to cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the Freedom from Union Violence Act right away.

Watch it now before Big Labor shuts it down.

Sincerely,

Sheila

  Conservatives,

"Physical intimidation, stalking, assault and battery, harassment, race-baiting, and threats; and the destruction of property."

As I write this I'm clenching my teeth.

You see, these quotes are from a news report I just read about the recent violence in Pennsylvania between MRCC, a subsidiary of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Union, and innocent vendors, bystanders and workers.

I don't know about you, but no matter how often I read these stories I still get angry.

This kind of blatant thuggery is just plain unacceptable.

That's why it's vital you sign your petition to your U.S. Senators, urging them to cosponsor and insist on roll-call votes on the Freedom from Union Violence Act (S. 62).

You see, just getting an up or down vote is a win/win scenario.

Big Labor Senators and Congressmen will either have to vote to close the union violence loophole...

...Or they will face the wrath of their constituents when faced with re-election.

Imagine the ire of folks back home when their Senators and Congressmen try to explain their votes to exempt union bosses from prosecution for violent crimes.

I know it's no secret to you that Big Labor bosses have a well-earned reputation for violence.

And while many instances of union violence go unreported, there are nearly 100,000 on record in the union violence database we maintain here at our office.

The truth is, union bosses deploy their thugs to target innocent men and women with threats, brass knuckles, knives and beatings to send a simple message...

...Do what we say -- or pay the price!

Worse, because of the 1973 Supreme Court Enmons decision, union officials are exempt from federal prosecution -- as long as the campaign of violence they incite is in the name of so-called "legitimate union objectives."

The good news is, because Enmons is a matter of statutory rather than Constitutional interpretation, Congress has the power to end this outrage.

That's why Senator David Vitter has introduced the Freedom from Union Violence Act in the U.S. Senate.

You see, union violence is a crippling blow for many -- but all Americans pay a steep price for the forced unionism these thugs are brutally enforcing.

From plants closing and good jobs getting shipped overseas to compulsory dues used to elect Big Labor cronies like Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, Americans have suffered the effects of union boss thuggery for decades.

But what's even more outrageous is the outright brutality union militants are willing to inflict on innocent Americans who are just trying to earn a living and feed their families, like:

*** New York: Members of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 17 engage in a campaign of threats, violence and property destruction against non-union contractors.

When confronted by a union organizer, the contractor asks: "You guys slash my tires, stab me in the neck, try to beat me up in a bar, what are the positives to signing?" The union militants say: "The positives are that the negatives you are complaining about would go away;"
*** Washington State: A port is shut down by a grain export terminal owner in response to disagreements with the local union. The union bosses respond by sending 500 of their men into the terminal with baseball bats in hand, where they proceed to smash windows and sabotage rail cars;
*** New York: During a strike of Verizon workers, there are countless acts of union-sanctioned violence. One non-striking worker is shot with a pellet gun and another pushed into scaffolding, severely injuring his arm.
And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

That's why it's vital you sign your petition to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and your U.S. Senators, urging them to cosponsor and seek roll-call votes on the Freedom from Union Violence Act
.

Since threats, intimidation and outright violence are powerful tools in Big Labor's arsenal, you can be sure closing the union violence loophole won't be an easy task.

To get the ball rolling, it's up to you and me to bring grassroots pressure to bear on the U.S. Senate.

So, please sign your petition
.

And to help mobilize concerned citizens nationwide to pressure their Senators to act on this important legislation, please include with your signed petition, a generous contribution of $500, $250, $100, $50 or $35 to help the Committee pay for this vital effort.

Now is the time to close the union violence loophole. Please act at once.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

P.S. Right now, union militants have free rein to commit and incite acts of violence. The Freedom from Union Violence Act (S. 62) would close that loophole in federal law and finally allow federal authorities to prosecute these vicious crimes.
