The first point is one he often gets pushback on. Trump is not only standing by his claim to want Mexico to pay for a wall, he actually designed his first policy point on the concept. The full list is below, but it’s well worth finding some time to read through the explanation for each point.

There is a lot to consider here, but on the face of it I have to say, I like what I see.

1. Make Mexico Pay For The Wall
2. Defend The Laws And Constitution Of The United States
3. Triple the number of ICE officers.
4. Nationwide e-verify.
5. Mandatory return of all criminal aliens.
6. Detention—not catch-and-release.
7. Defund sanctuary cities. 
8. Enhanced penalties for overstaying a visa.
9. Cooperate with local gang task forces.
10. End birthright citizenship.
11. Put American Workers First
12. Increase prevailing wage for H-1Bs.
13. Requirement to hire American workers first.
14. End welfare abuse.
15. Jobs program for inner city youth. 
16. Refugee program for American children.
17. Immigration moderation.
