The images of rioting and destruction coming out of Baltimore have riveted the nation. But there's something else going on in the city that hasn't gotten the attention it deserves. Consider this image, taken by ABC News photographer Van Applegate . . .
Homeland Security Secretary Utterly Ignorant of Fourth Amendment
If we needed proof that some people in the federal government don't understand (nevermind follow) the Constitution, we present the example of Jeh Johnson, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security:
Johnson,

every American using judge-less warrants to search and seize records,
has a Fourth Amendment problem . . .
The Clinton Foundation is being forced to refile five years worth of tax returns because "mistakes were made" in how it represented grants from foreign and government sources:
The Clinton Foundation's acting chief executive admitted on Sunday
that the charity had made mistakes on how it listed government donors
on its tax returns and said it was working to make sure it does not
happen in the future . . .
The only avowed socialist in Congress, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, is tossing his hat into the ring against Hillary:
"People should not underestimate me," Sanders told The Associated Press.
"I've run outside of the two-party system, defeating Democrats and
Republicans, taking on big-money candidates and, you know, I think the
message that has resonated in Vermont . . .
Out on the campaign trail, Republican contenders like Sen. Ted Cruz are calling for the abolition of the IRS. Senator Rand Paul wants congressional term limits and would junk the Patriot Act. How are such ideas going over with the Republicans in Congress? Not well at all:
Freed
from the need to build coalitions to pass legislation, Paul and fellow
GOP senators Cruz and Rubio are unleashing an arsenal of crowd-pleasing
conservative proposals along the campaign trail. Some, like calls to
abolish entire federal departments, are staples of GOP presidential
campaigns . . .
