DUMMY...tell him to put in a desalination plant..maybe 2 of them...other
countries do it and they work. I called and told his staff guy all the
governors of CA have been DUMMIES...this should have been done years ago...there
is no excuse for ANY state bordering the ocean or the gulf to run out of
water. Elected officials are just plain STUPID...
