From: Sher...I've watched this a couple of times and, quite frankly, I don't understand why she has to roll the window down all of the way.  I also don't understand why she has to get out of the car for a speeding ticket, unless she exhibited signs of DUI.  She may have been arrogant with "I know my rights" and I'm certain the police officer didn't like it.  However, the women didn't become combative until the police opened the door of the car (I don't think that was entirely legal) and dragged them out of the car.  The driver could have complied and rolled her window down.  But, the officer could have simply given her a likely well deserved ticket and let her be on her way.   From: "Dave Hollenbeck"...This is what police have to put up with now
