Supreme Court will hear oral arguments next week in Hobby Lobby’s
battle to protect itself from the HHS mandate that is apart of
Obamacare. Hobby Lobby is challenging the mandate in court because it
doesn’t want to be forced to pay for birth control and abortion-causing
drugs for its employees.

Arne Duncan, Obama's hand-picked Secretary of Education has grown weary of the waves of criticism for Common Core -- the federal takeover of education.
In fact, Duncan is so fed up that he said states were free to discard all aspects of the standardized-testing initiative. "They absolutely have the right to do this," he told The Blaze. "This is a state-led effort; it always has been."
Of course, Duncan didn't say that by rejecting the Obama administration's educational advances, college-bound students will be at a decided disadvantage considering the SAT is being tailored to fit Common Core standards.
So, what else did Mr. Duncan not telling you?

lieutenant governor candidate and state senator Mark Hutchison's campaign isn't going too well...other than the
dough Gov. Brian Sandoval is raising
for him (which is nothing to sneeze at!). But in a GOP primary, his decidedly moderate
voting record in the last legislative session is coming back to haunt him and
giving his campaign fits!
First,
Hutch’s whole reason for being a state senator today centers around his boast
of filing a lawsuit to block ObamaCare in 2010.
However...

Effective January 1, 2014:
Top Income tax bracket went from 35% to 39.6%
Top Income payroll tax went from 37.4% to 52.2%
Capital Gains tax went from 15% to 28%
Dividends tax went from 15% to 39.6%
Estate tax went from 0% to 55%
Cutbacks include Military, Social Security and Medicare, but not one cent less for any welfare program.
These taxes were all passed only with democrat votes, no republicans voted to pass any of these taxes.
What
this means is that when you file your taxes in 2015, after the 2014
election, they will be much higher and that doesn’t include the cost of
Obamacare.
Remember all this when you vote in November and if you’re not planning to vote, you will have earned these tax increases.

Fellow Conservatives:
The latest news in Washington is that Republicans are now positioned to win a majority in the U.S. Senate this year.
Republicans need a net gain of 6 seats to win a majority and, according to the new Cook Political Report predictions, there are now 8 Democratic seats that fall into the Toss-up, Lean Republican, or Likely Republican categories.
So what happens if Republicans win a Senate majority?
Will Republicans stop Obamacare? Will they refuse to raise the debt limit and force the Democrats to balance the budget? Will they stop bloated farm bills that fund unrelated programs? Will they end corporate welfare programs like the Export-Import Bank, which forces taxpayers to support Russian companies?
It depends on the kind of majority we elect. If we elect more moderate Republicans, we can expect more debt, higher taxes, and permanent Obamacare. But if we elect true conservatives, we can stop these policies.
GET READY FOR THE EXCUSES

For Those who cannot go to DC, instead of holding Rallies in your local State ,why not setup phone banks with the individuals in each State .
I would suggest they call the DC Capitol Switchboard. 202 225 3121 starting at 0800 on May 16th
Ask to speak to a Senator or Congressman for their State ..They could call & Speak to every one of them in their state ..It is possible to shut the DC phone system down by doing this, fits our plan to Shut down DC.
Keep calling until 1700 (5:00pm)
