On Monday the U.S. government took
steps to seize the US-based assets of Russian lawmakers and anyone else that the
US government deemed complicit in supporting the Crimean secession
movement.
We’ve seen the U.S. government do
this in countless cases surrounding drug and financial crimes, and sometimes
even against foreign leaders like Saddam Hussein and Manuel
Noriega.
What makes this particular
instance so unprecedented and terrifying is that President Obama went so far as
to issue a new Executive Order to give himself the authorization to do so,
because the laws of the United States are such that our government is not
allowed to simply take someone’s bank assets, home or business without due
process.

“Ten-Mile Square” is commonly known as Washington, D.
C., and is in desperate need of a good ‘spring cleaning’ in August
and November. There are 50+ sitting Congress-criters who are
card-carrying Communists, so, is it any wonder that our federal government looks
more Marxist every day?
Don’t pooh-pooh my remarks before you
check it out for yourself. I do not make hasty statements unless I
have something to back them up. So if you want the truth, get it for

Party.
Justice Robert R. Thomas (Illinois
Supreme Court, People of Illinois v. Claudia Madrigal - 2011) stated:
“All statutes are presumed to be Constitutional, and the party
challenging the Constitutionality of a statute has the burden of clearly
establishing that it violates the Constitution.”
My point: I have
declared for some 40+ years that the federal Dept. of Education is
unConstitutional, citing ART. I, Sec. 8, last para., and the Tenth
Amendment to prove my point.
Over the years, I have written
(certified, R.R.) letters to numerous elected officials, the
Republican National Committee, and others, asking them to prove me wrong.
NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE!
Where are the elected officials who have
sworn to uphold (enforce) the Constitution? Why are they not getting
rid of that multi-Billion $$ boondoggle fraudulently wasting taxpayers’
money? Why are they all silent?
Brookings Institute (not known for
conservative positions) has issued a not-so-complimentary report about the
federal ripoff called Common Core. Neal McCluskey (of Cato Institute)
calls the report “…another nail in the coffin of the over-hyped
promises of many Core advocates.”
News commentator, John Stossel, has urged
passage of the ‘Stossel Rule’: To clean house, for every new
regulation passed, the bureaucrats must repeal five old ones.” Not a
bad idea, but gets lost in the left-leaning Congress.
The ultimate question: Where are the
Constitutionally patriot voters? Oh, that’s right: they
are out fishing, hunting, boob-tubing, stadium hopping, or some
other activity designed to take their attention away from the leftists in
