Parents of an 11-year-old girl in West Virginia have been arrested
after arranging for an abortion following a case of pregnancy after
possible incest. West Virginia State Police say they consented to the
abortions and, the abortion clinic in question didn’t report the
abortion to authorities.
Michael and Amanda Adkins were arrested Friday night on charges of child neglect causing the risk of injury. It was a lot of hot air about a lot of hot air. That's how the AP
explained the Senate's 20-hour global warming pajama party. While the
rest of the country was sleeping, liberals tried to put other doubts to
rest -- specifically, the skepticism over climate change. Even one of
the most brutal winters on record didn't stop two dozen liberals from
taking turns in an all-night "talkathon" aimed at getting Americans to "wake up" on the issue.But the reality is, Americans have woken up -- to cold temperatures, school closures, and snow plows. Last week, if you'd have asked anyone in D.C. about global warming, they'd have laughed out loud. And after Senator Edward Markey (D-Mass.) used his turn to read directly from Dr. Seuss's The Lorax, they probably were.
In most of the country, all you need to do is look outside to realize how ridiculous the Left's campaign is. Just last month, even Greenpeace's co-founder admitted that there's no proof humans cause climate change. So why now? Why stage a Senate stand-in when so many urgent issues face America? According to the Washington Examiner, the answer is simple: money. With $100 million up for grabs from NextGen Climate Action and tough elections ahead, Democrats are desperate to "show their big-money donors that they're doing something" -- even if that "something" has nothing to do with actual legislation or proven science.

about the need for new tax increases to combat the mortal threat to all
human kind--global warming. Reports say that they want Americans to
"wake up" on the issue. Of all the issues America has before them, we
can see that fiscal responsibility and moral accountability rank far
below the whole global warming theme. It's really all about new taxes,

Voting should be sacred. The government should make sure that only American citizens are allowed to vote. But that isn’t what happens.
The Obama administration has taken it upon itself to sue any state that tries to enforce a voter ID requirement. Eric Holder has filed lawsuits against Texas and North Carolina in an attempt to bully states into abandoning Voter ID requirements.
Eric Holder claims that since voting is a “right,” no one should ever be forced to show a photo ID to exercise that right. That’s funny, exercising the Second Amendment is also a right, but you don’t see Eric Holder complaining about burdensome background checks or a photo ID requirement! But, I digress…

“Drunks,” “Bullies,” “Traitors,” “Fringe,” and Other Things Mitch McConnell Has Called Conservatives
Mitch McConnell is doing his best to walk back his comments about conservatives. He told the New York Times he intended to “crush them everywhere.” Now he says he was only talking about the Jim DeMint founded Senate Conservatives Fund and its candidates — candidates like Ben Sasse supported by Paul Ryan, Mike Lee, Club for Growth, RedState, National Review, and others.
Actually, Mitch McConnell has been pretty open in the past about his contempt for conservatives. He has referred to conservatives and the outside groups they fund, as traitors, bullies, drunks, and fringe. He claims conservatives “tear up every bar they walk into,” and he wants to “punch” the tea party “in the nose.”
