Federal Judge Grants Injunctive Relief from the HHS Mandate to Five Additional Non-Profit Organizations On Monday, January 13, 2014, Federal District Judge Stephen J. Murphy, III, granted injunctive relief to five additional non-profit organizations in the Thomas More Law Center’s newest challenge to the HHS Mandate filed in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.           This newest challenge on behalf of the five non-profit entities was brought by Erin Mersino, trial counsel with the Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  The non-profit Plaintiffs include the Ave Maria Foundation, Ave Maria Communications (aka “Ave Maria Radio”), Domino’s Farms Petting Farm, Rhodora J. In January, the gangland shootings of two young Moroccan men in downtown Amsterdam drew renewed attention to the growing problem of violent crime among Muslim immigrants. The two men were gunned down with AK-47 assault rifles in a shooting the mayor of Amsterdam, Eberhard van der Laan, described as reminiscent of “the Wild West.”

In March, the Dutch public broadcasting system NOS television reported that the Netherlands has become one of the major European suppliers of Islamic jihadists. According to NOS, about 100 Dutch Muslims are active as jihadists in Syria; most have joined the notorious Jabhat al-Nusra rebel group.

Belgium and the Netherlands have some of the largest Muslim communities in the European Union, in percentage terms.

Dear Patriot, Barack Obama believes he is a dictator. He ignores Congress. He thumbs his nose at the Constitution. He attacks your freedom every single chance he can get. Its purpose is only to give direction and guidance in how to execute existing and legally passed laws by Congress; not used to enact his anti-American agenda! But, Obama thinks you're stupid sheep. In fact, he's counting on it. For it is through ignorance of the masses that he will get away with an attack on your freedom and making you believe it is for your own good. We say ENOUGH! Help us fight this tyranny HERE. When the original 13 colonies were established, it was done so by a people seeking refuge from a tyrannical King. His attack on their religious liberty led to their seeking new opportunity in what would become the great experiment that we know as America. As time wore on, they grew tired of the King taxing them beyond belief without representation. They became dollar signs in his eyes as he saw their success as a way to feed his hunger for power. Despite all the lives that were lost in the American Revolution and every war that followed in which our soldiers fought so that we might have freedom, we yet again find ourselves as a nation fighting against a power hungry tyrant who will attack your freedom at any angle, even if it means shredding the Constitution, so that he can have the ultimate power.
