EPA Takes Entire Town Away From Wyoming and Gives it to the Indians…Disenfranchises American Citizens

Obama’s EPA has declared that the city of Riverton, Wyoming, with over 10,000 people is no longer part of the United States and have given it to the Indians. 

In essence, all Americans living in Riverton are no longer living in the United States and are not eligible for state or federal services. 

They can also be tossed off land they bought and paid for since their deeds do not have to be recognized by the Indians. 

The Indians have argued for years that they should get full ownership of 1 million more acres of land because it should be part of their reservation.

For several minutes, Chairman Trent Franks (R-AZ) and Congressman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) argued whether Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.) could testify about the legislation on behalf of her district in Washington, DC. Obama Appoints Obama Donor to Investigate IRS Targeting Pro-Life Groups
It’s bad enough that the Internal Revenue Service was caught targeting pro-life, conservative and religious groups under the Obama administration. Now, President Barack Obama has appointed a political crony to investigate the scandal.

From a good friend of mine.  

This is a message from a friend of mine, who is vacationing in Honolulu.

My wife and I are on Oahu for our annual Hawaii trip with good friends and two granddaughters enjoying the hospitality of the Hawaiian people on this lovely Island. Being retired military allows us the privilege of using the military facilities and especially the highly desirable golf courses.

Yesterday , Jan 4, we had a tee time of 12:04 to play golf at Kaneohe Marine Corps on Oahu.  We arrived early because we were advised the President was possibly going to play but also that he was leaving to fly back to D.C. that  same day.
We checked in and were second  off and waiting for carts when we were advised that he really may be coming but there was no count of when or how many in the party.  We then got body scanned, our golf bags searched and briefed on the proper behavior expected. He and his party finally arrived at 1:00 and he then hit balls on the range and then drove right in front of us on his way to the first tee hollering Happy New Year to the small group( 50 or so) golfers waiting to play.  They keep two holes clear for him both front and rear and the secret service used 30 carts in all.

DEBT BINGE

As Republicans and Democrats begin their ritual handwringing over whether to raise the federal debt ceiling, it's important to understand just how much money Uncle Sam has borrowed in the first three months of the 2014 fiscal year:

"Overall, in the first quarter of fiscal 2014, which ended on Dec. 31, the total debt of the federal government jumped $613,787,258,252.83

That equals $5,336 for each household in the country."

The current federal debt is well in excess of $17 trillion - which does not include unfunded federal liabilities. That number exceeds $125 trillion.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is planning to conjduct the first popular referendum in Israel’s history to ratify the amended peace framework proposal which US Secretary of State John Kerry is drafting for presentation in the coming weeks, debkafile reveals.

The prime minister has been quoted as saying that he needs the referendum to push back “domestic pressures from the right”, but in any case he believes it will be politically advantageous. He has confided to his closest circle that for the first time that he is in favor of the Kerry proposals and, although they don’t see eye to eye on many of the issues, he thinks the gaps between them can be bridged.

Netanyahu is counting on the the framework accord gaining an overwhelming popular majority in referendum. Although it is not yet a final-status agreement, the document will lay out principles for solutions of the core issues at dispute between Israel and the Palestinians.

After Netanyahu and Abu Mazen affirm this paper, it will be possible to extend the negotiating time frame for a final accord by at least another year and so get past the original nine-month deadline which expires at the end of April.

MORE THAN TWO YEARS IN PRISON FROM GOVERNMENT LIES

In October 2011, Darren Wesley Huff was convicted of transporting firearms for “interstate commerce” with the intent to “take over” the Monroe County courthouse

(Jan. 8, 2014) — On January 30, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in the appeal of Darren Wesley Huff at the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, OH.

The court’s schedule of oral argument which includes January 30 will be posted on the 13th.

Huff was sentenced in May 2012 to four years in federal prison for what could be considered a “thought crime,” a term introduced in George Orwell’s novel 1984, in which supreme government power punished individuals for thoughts of anger, resentment, protest or disobedience against its figurehead, “Big Brother,” even if such actions were never carried out.
