Last
weekend, the organized agitators in New York City were yelling "what do we want,
dead cops, when do we want it, NOW".....Mayor De Blasio was fueling the flame,
encouraging, not discouraging the protests. Yesterday, police officers
TURNED THEIR BACKS to the mayor as he made his way to the podium to make a
statement (watered down of course) of his "support" of the
police.
Last night, as we watched the upsetting
reports of the execution style murders of two police officers in NYC, I went to
the phone to call as many of the New York city precincts as possible to let
police officers know that there are millions of Americans out here who support
the police and respect the fact that they put their lives on the line protecting
us every day. Morale is extremely low right now as evidenced by most of
the police turning their backs to Mayor DeBlasio yesterday, and I could
hear it in the voices of the officers to whom I spoke. Without an,
exception, they thanked me for calling, some said "G-d bless you", and wished me
well. I know it made a difference. I commented that Mayor DeBlasio
has to step down, and included commenting on the "race baiters" Al Sharpton,
Eric Holder, and the ultimate one who has yet to make any statement to America,
Obama. Apparently he is too busy on the golf course in Hawaii to be
bothered with speaking out when two officers are brutally taken
out.
Please consider calling these precincts, dial "0",
and then ask if you are speaking to an officer. I know my calls were a
