happen? If it does, that should also end WA State's illegal law legalizing
marijuana.

Bravo, Nebraska and Oklahoma! Colorado is derelict in it's duty to abide by Federal law. The potheads running that state--including the Socialist Governor and AG--should be arrested and thrown in jail but, as the Nebraska AG Bruning states, AG Holder is afraid of doing that as he approves Colorado's move. Leftists and libertarians want marijuana legalized--that's what it comes down to. For others, it's a big money issue. For the majority of Americans, it's a scourge that must be stopped.
The Dave Levine Show hopes that the Supreme Court hears the case. If the SCOTUS rules against Colorado, Washington State will also have their pro-marijuana laws erased from the books.
